定睛仰望为我们的信心创始成终的耶稣。祂为了摆在前面的喜乐，就轻看羞辱，忍受了十字架的痛苦，如今已坐在上帝宝座的右边。

但圣灵所结的果子是仁爱、喜乐、和平、忍耐、恩慈、良善、信实、

“我把这些事告诉你们，是要叫你们心里有我的喜乐，让你们的喜乐满溢。

娶新娘的是新郎，站在旁边的朋友听见新郎的声音，就会欢喜快乐。因此，我现在也心满意足了。

尼希米又说：“你们去吃肥美的肉，喝甘甜的酒，并分些给一无所有的人，因为今天是我们主的圣日。不要悲伤，因为从耶和华而来的喜乐就是你们的力量。”

同样，现在你们有忧愁，但到我再见你们的时候，你们的心必欢喜，而且这份喜乐是谁也夺不去的。“到那一天，你们就什么也不用问我了。我实实在在地告诉你们，你们奉我的名无论向父求什么，祂都会赐给你们。你们从来没有奉我的名求过什么，你们现在求，就必得到，好使你们的喜乐满溢。

含泪撒种的必欢呼着收割。

因为上帝的国不是关乎吃什么喝什么，而是关乎公义、平安和圣灵所赐的喜乐。

耶稣知道父将一切交给了祂，也知道自己从上帝那里来、要回到上帝那里，

我要到上帝的祭坛前，到赐我喜乐的上帝面前。上帝啊，我的上帝，我要弹琴赞美你。

我把这些事告诉你们，是要叫你们在我里面有平安。你们在世上会有苦难，但你们要放心，我已经胜过这个世界。”耶稣说完后，就抬头望着天说：“父啊！时候到了，愿你使你的儿子得荣耀，好让你的儿子也使你得荣耀。

门徒满心喜乐，被圣灵充满。
