So with you: Now is your time of grief, but I will see you again and you will rejoice, and no one will take away your joy.

That’s the way it is with you. Now it’s your time to be sad. But I will see you again. Then you will be full of joy. And no one will take away your joy.

So continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they ate their food with gladness and simplicity of heart,

but rejoice to the extent that you partake of Christ’s sufferings, that when His glory is revealed, you may also be glad with exceeding joy.If you are reproached for the name of Christ, blessed are you, for the Spirit of glory and of God rests upon you. On their part He is blasphemed, but on your part He is glorified.

Then, the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled, for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood in the midst, and said to them,“ Peace be with you.”When He had said this, He showed them His hands and His side. that by two immutable things, in which it is impossible for God to lie, we might have strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold of the hope set before us.

But one thing is needed, and Mary has chosen that good part, which will not be taken away from her.”

Who are you that you should be afraid Of a man who will die, And of the son of a man who will be made like grass?

Now it came to pass, while He blessed them, that He was parted from them and carried up into heaven.And they worshiped Him, and returned to Jerusalem with great joy,and were continually in the temple praising and blessing God. Amen.

for you had compassion on me in my chains, and joyfully accepted the plundering of your goods, knowing that you have a better and an enduring possession for yourselves in heaven.

So they went out quickly from the tomb with fear and great joy, and ran to bring His disciples word.

But be glad and rejoice forever in what I create; For behold, I create Jerusalem as a rejoicing, And her people a joy.I will rejoice in Jerusalem, And joy in My people; The voice of weeping shall no longer be heard in her, Nor the voice of crying.

“ Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me.

When He gives quietness, who then can make trouble? And when He hides His face, who then can see Him, Whether it is against a nation or a man alone?—

‘ For I say to you, that to everyone who has will be given; and from him who does not have, even what he has will be taken away from him.
