Therefore Jesus perceived that they wanted to ask him, and he said to them,“ Do you inquire among yourselves concerning this, that I said,‘ A little while, and you won’t see me, and again a little while, and you will see me?’

耶稣看出他们要问他，就说：“我说‘等不多时，你们就不得见我；再等不多时，你们还要见我’，你们为这话彼此相问吗？

耶稣知道他们想问祂，就说：“你们在议论我刚才说的话是什么意思吗？

耶稣知道他们想问他，就说：“我所说的‘不久，你们不会看见我；再过不久，你们还要看见我’，你们为了这话彼此议论吗？

耶稣知道他们想要问他，就对他们说：“我刚才说‘过一会儿，你们就看不到我了；再过一会儿，你们又将见到我’，你们就为了这话彼此议论吗？

耶穌看出他們要問他，就說：「我說『等不多時，你們就不得見我；再等不多時，你們還要見我』，你們為這話彼此相問嗎？

耶穌看出他們要問他，就對他們說：「我說『不久，你們將不再見到我；再過不久，你們還要見到我』，你們為這話彼此詢問嗎？

耶穌看出他們要問他，就對他們說：「我說『不久，你們將不再見到我；再過不久，你們還要見到我』，你們為這話彼此詢問嗎？

耶穌知道他們想問祂，就說：「你們在議論我剛才說的話是什麼意思嗎？

耶穌知道他們想要問他，就對他們說：『我說「一會兒你們就不得以見我；再一會兒你們就得以見我」；你們是不是為了這一點來彼此探問呢？

耶穌知道他們想要問他，就對他們說：「我剛才說『過一會兒，你們就看不到我了；再過一會兒，你們又將見到我』，你們就為了這話彼此議論嗎？

耶穌知其欲問、遂曰、我言頃之爾不見我、又頃之爾復見我、爾以此相詰乎、

耶穌知其欲問、則曰、我言頃之不見我、復頃之見我、爾曹得毋相詰乎、

耶穌知其欲問、謂之曰、我云未幾爾不見我、又未幾爾復見我、爾曹以此相詰乎、

耶穌心知諸徒欲有所問、乃告之曰：『予言「瞬息之間、不得睹予、復一瞬息、又得見予、」爾乃以此互詢耶？

Jesus saw that they wanted to ask him about this, so he said to them,“ Are you asking one another what I meant when I said,‘ In a little while you will see me no more, and then after a little while you will see me’?

Jesus saw that they wanted to ask him about these things. So he said to them,“ Are you asking one another what I meant? Didn’t you understand when I said,‘ In a little while, you will no longer see me. Then after a little while, you will see me’?

Jesus knew that they wanted to ask him, so he said to them,“ Is this what you are asking yourselves, what I meant by saying,‘ A little while and you will not see me, and again a little while and you will see me’?

Jesus realized they wanted to ask him about it, so he said,“ Are you asking yourselves what I meant? I said in a little while you won’t see me, but a little while after that you will see me again.

Jesus knew they wanted to ask him, and so he said to them,“ Are you asking one another about what I said,‘ In a little while, you will not see me; again in a little while, you will see me’?

Jesus knew that they wanted to question Him, and He said to them,“ Are you deliberating together about this, that I said,‘ A little while, and you are not going to see Me, and again a little while, and you will see Me’?

Now Jesus knew that they desired to ask Him, and He said to them,“ Are you inquiring among yourselves about what I said,‘ A little while, and you will not see Me; and again a little while, and you will see Me’?

Jesus perceived that they were desirous to ask him, and he said unto them, Do ye inquire among yourselves concerning this, that I said, A little while, and ye behold me not, and again a little while, and ye shall see me?

Jesus knew they wanted to question Him, so He said to them,“ Are you asking one another about what I said,‘ A little while and you will not see Me; again a little while and you will see Me’?

Now Jesus knew that they were desirous to ask him, and said unto them, Do ye enquire among yourselves of that I said, A little while, and ye shall not see me: and again, a little while, and ye shall see me?

Jesus could see that they wanted to ask him about these things, so he said to them,“ Are you asking each other about this– that I said,‘ In a little while you will not see me; again after a little while, you will see me’?

A little while, and you will not see me. Again a little while, and you will see me.”

But Jesus didn’t entrust himself to them, because he knew everyone,and because he didn’t need for anyone to testify concerning man; for he himself knew what was in man.

Yet a little while, and the world will see me no more; but you will see me. Because I live, you will live also.

Now we know that you know all things, and don’t need for anyone to question you. By this we believe that you came from God.”

Then Jesus said,“ I will be with you a little while longer, then I go to him who sent me.

Little children, I will be with you a little while longer. You will seek me, and as I said to the Jews,‘ Where I am going, you can’t come,’ so now I tell you.

I will kill her children with Death, and all the assemblies will know that I am he who searches the minds and hearts. I will give to each one of you according to your deeds.

He came to Capernaum, and when he was in the house he asked them,“ What were you arguing among yourselves on the way?”But they were silent, for they had disputed with one another on the way about who was the greatest.

Yahweh, you have searched me, and you know me.You know my sitting down and my rising up. You perceive my thoughts from afar.You search out my path and my lying down, and are acquainted with all my ways.For there is not a word on my tongue, but, behold, Yahweh, you know it altogether.

He said to him the third time,“ Simon, son of Jonah, do you have affection for me?” Peter was grieved because he asked him the third time,“ Do you have affection for me?” He said to him,“ Lord, you know everything. You know that I have affection for you.” Jesus said to him,“ Feed my sheep.

There is no creature that is hidden from his sight, but all things are naked and laid open before the eyes of him to whom we must give an account.

Therefore don’t be like them, for your Father knows what things you need, before you ask him.

Jesus, knowing their thoughts, said,“ Why do you think evil in your hearts?
