耶稣进前来，对他们说：“天上地下所有的权柄都赐给我了。

耶稣知道父已将万有交在他手里，且知道自己是从神出来的，又要归到神那里去，

正如你曾赐给他权柄管理凡有血气的，叫他将永生赐给你所赐给他的人。

我父把羊赐给我，他比万有都大，谁也不能从我父手里把他们夺去。我与父原为一。”

所积蓄的一切智慧知识，都在他里面藏着。
