the Helper is the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it does not see Him or know Him; but you know Him because He remains with you and will be in you.

“ When the Helper comes, whom I will send to you from the Father, namely, the Spirit of truth who comes from the Father, He will testify about Me,

We are from God. The one who knows God listens to us; the one who is not from God does not listen to us. By this we know the spirit of truth and the spirit of error.

But you have an anointing from the Holy One, and you all know.

And as for you, the anointing which you received from Him remains in you, and you have no need for anyone to teach you; but as His anointing teaches you about all things, and is true and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you remain in Him.

So Jesus answered them and said,“ My teaching is not My own, but His who sent Me.If anyone is willing to do His will, he will know about the teaching, whether it is of God, or I am speaking from Myself.The one who speaks from himself seeks his own glory; but He who is seeking the glory of the One who sent Him, He is true, and there is no unrighteousness in Him.

‘ And it shall be in the last days,’ God says,‘ That I will pour out My Spirit on all mankind; And your sons and your daughters will prophesy, And your young men will see visions, And your old men will have dreams;And even on My male and female servants I will pour out My Spirit in those days, And they will prophesy.

For I did not speak on My own, but the Father Himself who sent Me has given Me a commandment as to what to say and what to speak.

Therefore write the things which you have seen, and the things which are, and the things which will take place after these things.

Jesus* said to him,“ I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father except through Me.

But realize this, that in the last days difficult times will come.For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, slanderers, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy,unloving, irreconcilable, malicious gossips, without self control, brutal, haters of good,treacherous, reckless, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God,holding to a form of godliness although they have denied its power; avoid such people as these.

But the Spirit explicitly says that in later times some will fall away from the faith, paying attention to deceitful spirits and teachings of demons,by means of the hypocrisy of liars seared in their own conscience as with a branding iron,who forbid marriage and advocate abstaining from foods which God has created to be gratefully shared in by those who believe and know the truth.

I speak of the things which I have seen with My Father; therefore you also do the things which you heard from your father.”

No one is to deceive you in any way! For it will not come unless the apostasy comes first, and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of destruction,

in order that they all may be judged who did not believe the truth, but took pleasure in wickedness.

But to each one of us grace was given according to the measure of Christ’s gift.Therefore it says,“ When He ascended on high, He led captive the captives, And He gave gifts to people.”( Now this expression,“ He ascended,” what does it mean except that He also had descended into the lower parts of the earth?He who descended is Himself also He who ascended far above all the heavens, so that He might fill all things.)And He gave some as apostles, some as prophets, some as evangelists, some as pastors and teachers,for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the building up of the body of Christ;until we all attain to the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a mature man, to the measure of the stature which belongs to the fullness of Christ.As a result, we are no longer to be children, tossed here and there by waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of people, by craftiness in deceitful scheming;but speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in all aspects into Him who is the head, that is, Christ,

But false prophets also appeared among the people, just as there will also be false teachers among you, who will secretly introduce destructive heresies, even denying the Master who bought them, bringing swift destruction upon themselves.Many will follow their indecent behavior, and because of them the way of the truth will be maligned;and in their greed they will exploit you with false words; their judgment from long ago is not idle, and their destruction is not asleep.For if God did not spare angels when they sinned, but cast them into hell and committed them to pits of darkness, held for judgment;and did not spare the ancient world, but protected Noah, a preacher of righteousness, with seven others, when He brought a flood upon the world of the ungodly;and if He condemned the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah to destruction by reducing them to ashes, having made them an example of what is coming for the ungodly;and if He rescued righteous Lot, who was oppressed by the perverted conduct of unscrupulous people( for by what he saw and heard that righteous man, while living among them, felt his righteous soul tormented day after day by their lawless deeds),then the Lord knows how to rescue the godly from a trial, and to keep the unrighteous under punishment for the day of judgment,and especially those who indulge the flesh in its corrupt passion, and despise authority. Reckless, self centered, they speak abusively of angelic majesties without trembling,whereas angels who are greater in might and power do not bring a demeaning judgment against them before the Lord.But these, like unreasoning animals, born as creatures of instinct to be captured and killed, using abusive speech where they have no knowledge, will in the destruction of those creatures also be destroyed,suffering wrong as the wages of doing wrong. They count it a pleasure to revel in the daytime. They are stains and blemishes, reveling in their deceptions as they feast with you,having eyes full of adultery that never cease from sin, enticing unstable souls, having hearts trained in greed, accursed children;abandoning the right way, they have gone astray, having followed the way of Balaam, the son of Beor, who loved the reward of unrighteousness;but he received a rebuke for his own offense, for a mute donkey, speaking with a human voice, restrained the insanity of the prophet.These are springs without water and mists driven by a storm, for whom the black darkness has been reserved.For, while speaking out arrogant words of no value they entice by fleshly desires, by indecent behavior, those who barely escape from the ones who live in error,promising them freedom while they themselves are slaves of corruption; for by what anyone is overcome, by this he is enslaved.For if, after they have escaped the defilements of the world by the knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled in them and are overcome, the last state has become worse for them than the first.For it would be better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than having known it, to turn away from the holy commandment handed on to them.It has happened to them according to the true proverb,“ A dog returns to its own vomit,” and,“ A sow, after washing, returns to wallowing in the mire.”

saying,‘ Do not be afraid, Paul; you must stand before Caesar; and behold, God has graciously granted you all those who are sailing with you.’

What He has seen and heard, of this He testifies; and no one accepts His testimony.

The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave Him to show to His bond servants, the things which must soon take place; and He sent and communicated it by His angel to His bond servant John,

One of them, named Agabus, stood up and indicated by the Spirit that there would definitely be a severe famine all over the world. And this took place in the reign of Claudius.

Now this man had four virgin daughters who were prophetesses.As we were staying there for some days, a prophet named Agabus came down from Judea.And he came to us and took Paul’s belt and bound his own feet and hands, and said,“ This is what the Holy Spirit says:‘ In this way the Jews in Jerusalem will bind the man who owns this belt and hand him over to the Gentiles.’ ”

except that the Holy Spirit solemnly testifies to me in every city, saying that chains and afflictions await me.

“ It will come about after this That I will pour out My Spirit on all mankind; And your sons and your daughters will prophesy, Your old men will have dreams, Your young men will see visions.

Then I saw when the Lamb broke one of the seven seals, and I heard one of the four living creatures saying as with a voice of thunder,“ Come!”I looked, and behold, a white horse, and the one who sat on it had a bow; and a crown was given to him, and he went out conquering and to conquer.When He broke the second seal, I heard the second living creature saying,“ Come!”And another, a red horse, went out; and to him who sat on it, it was granted to take peace from the earth, and that people would kill one another; and a large sword was given to him.When He broke the third seal, I heard the third living creature saying,“ Come!” I looked, and behold, a black horse, and the one who sat on it had a pair of scales in his hand.And I heard something like a voice in the center of the four living creatures saying,“ A quart of wheat for a denarius, and three quarts of barley for a denarius; and do not damage the oil and the wine.”When the Lamb broke the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth living creature saying,“ Come!”I looked, and behold, an ashen horse; and the one who sat on it had the name Death, and Hades was following with him. Authority was given to them over a fourth of the earth, to kill with sword, and famine, and plague, and by the wild animals of the earth.When the Lamb broke the fifth seal, I saw underneath the altar the souls of those who had been killed because of the word of God, and because of the testimony which they had maintained;and they cried out with a loud voice, saying,“ How long, O Lord, holy and true, will You refrain from judging and avenging our blood on those who live on the earth?”And a white robe was given to each of them; and they were told that they were to rest for a little while longer, until the number of their fellow servants and their brothers and sisters who were to be killed even as they had been, was completed also.And I looked when He broke the sixth seal, and there was a great earthquake; and the sun became as black as sackcloth made of hair, and the whole moon became like blood;and the stars of the sky fell to the earth, as a fig tree drops its unripe figs when shaken by a great wind.The sky was split apart like a scroll when it is rolled up, and every mountain and island was removed from its place.Then the kings of the earth and the eminent people, and the commanders and the wealthy and the strong, and every slave and free person hid themselves in the caves and among the rocks of the mountains;and they* said to the mountains and the rocks,“ Fall on us and hide us from the sight of Him who sits on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb;for the great day of Their wrath has come, and who is able to stand?”

And he showed me a river of the water of life, clear as crystal, coming from the throne of God and of the Lamb,in the middle of its street. On either side of the river was the tree of life, bearing twelve kinds of fruit, yielding its fruit every month; and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.There will no longer be any curse; and the throne of God and of the Lamb will be in it, and His bond servants will serve Him;they will see His face, and His name will be on their foreheads.And there will no longer be any night; and they will not have need of the light of a lamp nor the light of the sun, because the Lord God will illuminate them; and they will reign forever and ever.And he said to me,“ These words are faithful and true”; and the Lord, the God of the spirits of the prophets, sent His angel to show His bond servants the things which must soon take place.“ And behold, I am coming quickly. Blessed is the one who keeps the words of the prophecy of this book.”I, John, am the one who heard and saw these things. And when I heard and saw them, I fell down to worship at the feet of the angel who showed me these things.And he* said to me,“ Do not do that; I am a fellow servant of yours and of your brothers the prophets, and of those who keep the words of this book. Worship God!”And he* said to me,“ Do not seal up the words of the prophecy of this book, for the time is near.Let the one who does wrong still do wrong, and the one who is filthy still be filthy; and let the one who is righteous still practice righteousness, and the one who is holy still keep himself holy.”“ Behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to reward each one as his work deserves.I am the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end.”Blessed are those who wash their robes, so that they will have the right to the tree of life, and may enter the city by the gates.Outside are the dogs, the sorcerers, the sexually immoral persons, the murderers, the idolaters, and everyone who loves and practices lying.“ I, Jesus, have sent My angel to testify to you of these things for the churches. I am the root and the descendant of David, the bright morning star.”The Spirit and the bride say,“ Come.” And let the one who hears say,“ Come.” And let the one who is thirsty come; let the one who desires, take the water of life without cost.I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: if anyone adds to them, God will add to him the plagues that are written in this book;and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God will take away his part from the tree of life and from the holy city, which are written in this book.He who testifies to these things says,“ Yes, I am coming quickly.” Amen. Come, Lord Jesus.The grace of the Lord Jesus be with all. Amen.
