He disarmed the rulers and authorities and disgraced them publicly; He triumphed over them by Him.

Then war broke out in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon. The Devil who deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire and sulfur where the beast and the false prophet are, and they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.Then I saw a great white throne and One seated on it. Earth and heaven fled from His presence, and no place was found for them.I also saw the dead, the great and the small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Another book was opened, which is the book of life, and the dead were judged according to their works by what was written in the books.Then the sea gave up its dead, and Death and Hades gave up their dead; all were judged according to their works.Death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. This is the second death, the lake of fire.And anyone not found written in the book of life was thrown into the lake of fire.

He said to them,“ I watched Satan fall from heaven like a lightning flash.

For if God didn’t spare the angels who sinned but threw them down into Tartarus and delivered them to be kept in chains of darkness until judgment;and if He didn’t spare the ancient world, but protected Noah, a preacher of righteousness, and seven others, when He brought a flood on the world of the ungodly;and if He reduced the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah to ashes and condemned them to ruin, making them an example to those who were going to be ungodly;and if He rescued righteous Lot, distressed by the unrestrained behavior of the immoral( for as he lived among them, that righteous man tormented himself day by day with the lawless deeds he saw and heard)—then the Lord knows how to rescue the godly from trials and to keep the unrighteous under punishment until the day of judgment,

Here is My Servant whom I have chosen, My beloved in whom My soul delights; I will put My Spirit on Him, and He will proclaim justice to the nations.

The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet. The grace of our Lord Jesus be with you.

Now as he spoke about righteousness, self-control, and the judgment to come, Felix became afraid and replied,“ Leave for now, but when I find time I’ll call for you.”

We know that God’s judgment on those who do such things is based on the truth.Do you really think— anyone of you who judges those who do such things yet do the same— that you will escape God’s judgment?Or do you despise the riches of His kindness, restraint, and patience, not recognizing that God’s kindness is intended to lead you to repentance?

The Father, in fact, judges no one but has given all judgment to the Son,so that all people will honor the Son just as they honor the Father. Anyone who does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent Him.“ I assure you: Anyone who hears My word and believes Him who sent Me has eternal life and will not come under judgment but has passed from death to life.“ I assure you: An hour is coming, and is now here, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God, and those who hear will live.For just as the Father has life in Himself, so also He has granted to the Son to have life in Himself.And He has granted Him the right to pass judgment, because He is the Son of Man.

Therefore don’t judge anything prematurely, before the Lord comes, who will both bring to light what is hidden in darkness and reveal the intentions of the hearts. And then praise will come to each one from God.

Don’t you know that we will judge angels— not to mention ordinary matters?So if you have cases pertaining to this life, do you select those who have no standing in the church to judge?

He seized the dragon, that ancient serpent who is the Devil and Satan, and bound him for 1,000 years.He threw him into the abyss, closed it, and put a seal on it so that he would no longer deceive the nations until the 1,000 years were completed. After that, he must be released for a short time.

And just as it is appointed for people to die once— and after this, judgment—

Can the prey be taken from the mighty, or the captives of the righteous be delivered?For this is what the Lord says:“ Even the captives of a mighty man will be taken, and the prey of a tyrant will be delivered; I will contend with the one who contends with you, and I will save your children.I will make your oppressors eat their own flesh, and they will be drunk with their own blood as with sweet wine. Then all flesh will know that I, Yahweh, am your Savior, and your Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob.”

Look! He is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see Him, including those who pierced Him. And all the families of the earth will mourn over Him. This is certain. Amen.

But you, why do you criticize your brother? Or you, why do you look down on your brother? For we will all stand before the tribunal of God.For it is written: As I live, says the Lord, every knee will bow to Me, and every tongue will give praise to God.So then, each of us will give an account of himself to God.
