When you produce much fruit, you are my true disciples. This brings great glory to my Father.

This is to my Father’s glory, that you bear much fruit, showing yourselves to be my disciples.

When you bear a lot of fruit, it brings glory to my Father. It shows that you are my disciples.

By this my Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit and so prove to be my disciples.

In the same way, he will provide and increase your resources and then produce a great harvest of generosity in you.Yes, you will be enriched in every way so that you can always be generous. And when we take your gifts to those who need them, they will thank God.So two good things will result from this ministry of giving— the needs of the believers in Jerusalem will be met, and they will joyfully express their thanks to God.As a result of your ministry, they will give glory to God. For your generosity to them and to all believers will prove that you are obedient to the Good News of Christ.And they will pray for you with deep affection because of the overflowing grace God has given to you.Thank God for this gift too wonderful for words!

But the godly will flourish like palm trees and grow strong like the cedars of Lebanon.For they are transplanted to the Lord’s own house. They flourish in the courts of our God.Even in old age they will still produce fruit; they will remain vital and green.They will declare,“ The Lord is just! He is my rock! There is no evil in him!”

“ Yes, I am the vine; you are the branches. Those who remain in me, and I in them, will produce much fruit. For apart from me you can do nothing.

Do you have the gift of speaking? Then speak as though God himself were speaking through you. Do you have the gift of helping others? Do it with all the strength and energy that God supplies. Then everything you do will bring glory to God through Jesus Christ. All glory and power to him forever and ever! Amen.

Be careful to live properly among your unbelieving neighbors. Then even if they accuse you of doing wrong, they will see your honorable behavior, and they will give honor to God when he judges the world.

Now go up into the hills, bring down timber, and rebuild my house. Then I will take pleasure in it and be honored, says the Lord.

to live wisely and be pure, to work in their homes, to do good, and to be submissive to their husbands. Then they will not bring shame on the word of God.

for God bought you with a high price. So you must honor God with your body.

So whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.

But I say, love your enemies! Pray for those who persecute you!
