凡不结好果子的树就砍下来，丢在火里。

就如一块田地，吃过屡次下的雨水，生长菜蔬，合乎耕种的人用，就从神得福；若长荆棘和蒺藜，必被废弃，近于咒诅，结局就是焚烧。

凡属我不结果子的枝子，他就剪去；凡结果子的，他就修理干净，使枝子结果子更多。

但这葡萄树因忿怒被拔出摔在地上；东风吹干其上的果子，坚固的枝干折断枯干，被火烧毁了；如今栽于旷野干旱无水之地。火也从它枝干中发出，烧灭果子，以致没有坚固的枝干可做掌权者的杖。“这是哀歌，也必用以作哀歌。”

人子要差遣使者，把一切叫人跌倒的和作恶的，从他国里挑出来，

倘若他们因认识主救主耶稣基督，得以脱离世上的污秽，后来又在其中被缠住、制伏，他们末后的景况就比先前更不好了。

现在斧子已经放在树根上，凡不结好果子的树就砍下来，丢在火里。

其上可以取木料做什么工用，可以取来做钉子挂什么器皿吗？看哪，已经抛在火中当作柴烧，火既烧了两头，中间也被烧了，还有益于工用吗？完全的时候尚且不合乎什么工用，何况被火烧坏，还能合乎什么工用吗？”所以，主耶和华如此说：“众树以内的葡萄树，我怎样使它在火中当柴，也必照样待耶路撒冷的居民。我必向他们变脸；他们虽从火中出来，火却要烧灭他们。我向他们变脸的时候，你们就知道我是耶和华。

若有人名字没记在生命册上，他就被扔在火湖里。

他们从我们中间出去，却不是属我们的；若是属我们的，就必仍旧与我们同在；他们出去，显明都不是属我们的。

你要说，主耶和华如此说：这葡萄树岂能发旺呢？鹰岂不拔出它的根来，芟除它的果子，使它枯干，使它发的嫩叶都枯干了吗？也不用大力和多民，就拔出它的根来。

这样的人在你们的爱席上与你们同吃的时候，正是礁石。他们作牧人，只知喂养自己，无所惧怕；是没有雨的云彩，被风飘荡；是秋天没有果子的树，死而又死，连根被拔出来；是海里的狂浪，涌出自己可耻的沫子来；是流荡的星，有墨黑的幽暗为他们永远存留。

惟有战惧等候审判和那烧灭众敌人的烈火。

保护你右手所栽的和你为自己所坚固的枝子。

惟独你被抛弃，不得入你的坟墓，好像可憎的枝子，以被杀的人为衣，就是被刀刺透，坠落坑中石头那里的；你又像被践踏的尸首一样。

犹大就把那银钱丢在殿里，出去吊死了。

因为坚固城变为凄凉，成了撇下离弃的居所，像旷野一样；牛犊必在那里吃草，在那里躺卧，并吃尽其中的树枝。

他不得出离黑暗。火焰要将他的枝子烧干；因神口中的气，他要灭亡。

惟有胆怯的、不信的、可憎的、杀人的、淫乱的、行邪术的、拜偶像的，和一切说谎话的，他们的份就在烧着硫磺的火湖里；这是第二次的死。”
