Philip saith unto him, Lord, show us the Father, and it sufficeth us.

腓力說：「主啊！求你讓我們看看父，我們就心滿意足了。」

腓力說：“主啊，請把父顯示給我們，我們就滿足了。”

腓力對耶穌說：『主啊，將父指給我們看，我們就滿足了。』

腓力說：「主啊，請給我們看看父，我們就滿足了。」

Philip said,“ Lord, show us the Father and that will be enough for us.”

And he said, Show me, I pray thee, thy glory.And he said, I will make all my goodness pass before thee, and will proclaim the name of Jehovah before thee; and I will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and will show mercy on whom I will show mercy.And he said, Thou canst not see my face; for man shall not see me and live.and Jehovah said, Behold, there is a place by me, and thou shalt stand upon the rock:and it shall come to pass, while my glory passeth by, that I will put thee in a cleft of the rock, and will cover thee with my hand until I have passed by:and I will take away my hand, and thou shalt see my back; but my face shall not be seen.

Jesus therefore lifting up his eyes, and seeing that a great multitude cometh unto him, saith unto Philip, Whence are we to buy bread, that these may eat?And this he said to prove him: for he himself knew what he would do.Philip answered him, Two hundred shillings’ worth of bread is not sufficient for them, that every one may take a little.

And there shall be no curse any more: and the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be therein: and his servants shall serve him;and they shall see his face; and his name shall be on their foreheads.And there shall be night no more; and they need no light of lamp, neither light of sun; for the Lord God shall give them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever.

On the morrow he was minded to go forth into Galilee, and he findeth Philip: and Jesus saith unto him, Follow me.Now Philip was from Bethsaida, of the city of Andrew and Peter.Philip findeth Nathanael, and saith unto him, We have found him, of whom Moses in the law, and the prophets, wrote, Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph.And Nathanael said unto him, Can any good thing come out of Nazareth? Philip saith unto him, Come and see.

And Jehovah descended in the cloud, and stood with him there, and proclaimed the name of Jehovah.And Jehovah passed by before him, and proclaimed, Jehovah, Jehovah, a God merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abundant in lovingkindness and truth,keeping lovingkindness for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin; and that will by no means clear the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, and upon the children’s children, upon the third and upon the fourth generation.

these therefore came to Philip, who was of Bethsaida of Galilee, and asked him, saying, Sir, we would see Jesus.Philip cometh and telleth Andrew: Andrew cometh, and Philip, and they tell Jesus.

He prayeth unto God, and he is favorable unto him, So that he seeth his face with joy: And he restoreth unto man his righteousness.

As for me, I shall behold thy face in righteousness; I shall be satisfied, when I awake, with beholding thy form.

So have I looked upon thee in the sanctuary, To see thy power and thy glory.

These things have I spoken unto you in dark sayings: the hour cometh, when I shall no more speak unto you in dark sayings, but shall tell you plainly of the Father.

Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.
