Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way?

多馬對他說：「主啊，我們不知道你往哪裏去，怎麼知道那條路呢？」

多馬對他說：「主啊，我們不知道你去哪裏，怎麼能知道那條路呢？」

多馬說：「主啊，你要去哪裡，我們還不知道，又怎麼會知道路呢？」

多馬說：“主啊，我們不知道你去的地方，怎能知道那條路呢？”

多馬對耶穌說：『主啊，你所去的地方、我們尚且不知道，怎麼知道那條路呢？』

多馬說：「主啊，我們不知道你要到哪裡去，怎麼能知道那條路呢？」

多馬曰、主、爾所往、我且不知、焉知其途乎、

多馬曰、主往之所、我儕且不知、況其途乎、

多瑪曰、主往之所、我儕不知、何能知其途乎、

多默曰：『主乎、吾儕既不知爾之所往、又焉能識其途哉？』

Thomas said to him,“ Lord, we don’t know where you are going, so how can we know the way?”

Thomas said to him,“ Lord, we don’t know where you are going. So how can we know the way?”

Thomas said to him,“ Lord, we do not know where you are going. How can we know the way?”

“ No, we don’t know, Lord,” Thomas said.“ We have no idea where you are going, so how can we know the way?”

“ Lord,” Thomas said,“ we don’t know where you’re going. How can we know the way?”

Thomas* said to Him,“ Lord, we do not know where You are going; how do we know the way?”

Thomas said to Him,“ Lord, we do not know where You are going, and how can we know the way?”

Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; how know we the way?

“ Lord,” Thomas said,“ we don’t know where You’re going. How can we know the way?”

Then said Thomas, which is called Didymus, unto his fellowdisciples, Let us also go, that we may die with him.

This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.

He answereth him, and saith, O faithless generation, how long shall I be with you? how long shall I suffer you? bring him unto me.

Of whom we have many things to say, and hard to be uttered, seeing ye are dull of hearing.For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which[ be] the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat.

Then he said unto them, O fools, and slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken:

And when Jesus knew[ it], he saith unto them, Why reason ye, because ye have no bread? perceive ye not yet, neither understand? have ye your heart yet hardened?Having eyes, see ye not? and having ears, hear ye not? and do ye not remember?

The other disciples therefore said unto him, We have seen the Lord. But he said unto them, Except I shall see in his hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and thrust my hand into his side, I will not believe.And after eight days again his disciples were within, and Thomas with them:[ then] came Jesus, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, Peace[ be] unto you.Then saith he to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust[ it] into my side: and be not faithless, but believing.And Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my God.
