「再過一會兒，世人不再看到我了，而你們將看到我。因為我活著，你們也將活著。

頃之、世不復見我、惟爾見我、以我生、爾亦必生、

尚有片時、而世不復見我、惟爾曹見我、因我生、爾亦必生、

瞬息之間、世將不復見予、爾獨見予。蓋予永生、爾亦因以有生焉。

Before long, the world will not see me anymore, but you will see me. Because I live, you also will live.

Then Jesus said,“ I will be with you for only a little while longer, and then I am going to the one who sent me.

So he is able to save completely those who come to God through him, because he always lives to intercede for them.

The one who eats my flesh and drinks my blood resides in me, and I in him.Just as the living Father sent me, and I live because of the Father, so the one who consumes me will live because of me.This is the bread that came down from heaven; it is not like the bread your ancestors ate, but then later died. The one who eats this bread will live forever.”

Who is the one who will condemn? Christ is the one who died( and more than that, he was raised), who is at the right hand of God, and who also is interceding for us.

Jesus said to her,“ I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live even if he dies,

For if while we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of his Son, how much more, since we have been reconciled, will we be saved by his life?

So also you have sorrow now, but I will see you again, and your hearts will rejoice, and no one will take your joy away from you.

So also it is written,“ The first man, Adam, became a living person”; the last Adam became a life- giving spirit.

always carrying around in our body the death of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be made visible in our body.For we who are alive are constantly being handed over to death for Jesus’ sake, so that the life of Jesus may also be made visible in our mortal body.As a result, death is at work in us, but life is at work in you.

Jesus replied,“ I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

for you have died and your life is hidden with Christ in God.When Christ( who is your life) appears, then you too will be revealed in glory with him.

Jesus replied,“ The light is with you for a little while longer. Walk while you have the light, so that the darkness may not overtake you. The one who walks in the darkness does not know where he is going.

Children, I am still with you for a little while. You will look for me, and just as I said to the Jewish religious leaders,‘ Where I am going you cannot come,’ now I tell you the same.

This is what we proclaim to you: what was from the beginning, what we have heard, what we have seen with our eyes, what we have looked at and our hands have touched( concerning the word of life–and the life was revealed, and we have seen and testify and announce to you the eternal life that was with the Father and was revealed to us).What we have seen and heard we announce to you too, so that you may have fellowship with us( and indeed our fellowship is with the Father and with his Son Jesus Christ).

Then Jesus said to them again,“ I am going away, and you will look for me but will die in your sin. Where I am going you cannot come.”

But now Christ has been raised from the dead, the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep.
