Jesus answered and said to him,“ What I am doing, you do not realize right now, but you will understand later.”

耶穌曰：『予之所為、汝今不知其意、後當知之。』

Jesus replied,“ You do not realize now what I am doing, but later you will understand.”

Jesus replied,“ You don’t realize now what I am doing. But later you will understand.”

Jesus answered him,“ What I am doing you do not understand now, but afterward you will understand.”

Jesus replied,“ You don’t understand now what I am doing, but someday you will.”

Jesus answered him,“ What I’m doing you don’t realize now, but afterward you will understand.”

Jesus answered and said to him,“ What I am doing you do not understand now, but you will know after this.”

Jesus answered and said unto him, What I do thou knowest not now; but thou shalt understand hereafter.

Jesus replied,“ You do not understand what I am doing now, but you will understand after these things.”

Jesus answered him,“ You don’t know what I am doing now, but you will understand later.”

But as for me, I heard but did not understand; so I said,“ My lord, what will be the outcome of these events?”

These things His disciples did not understand at the first; but when Jesus was glorified, then they remembered that these things were written of Him, and that they had done these things for Him.

Jesus* said to him,“ He who has bathed needs only to wash his feet; otherwise he is completely clean. And you are clean— but not all of you.”For He knew the one who was betraying Him; it was for this reason that He said,“ Not all of you are clean.”Then, when He had washed their feet, and taken His garments and reclined at the table again, He said to them,“ Do you know what I have done for you?

But the Helper, the Holy Spirit whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and remind you of all that I said to you.

Blessed is the one who is patient and attains to the 1,335 days!

Therefore be patient, brothers and sisters, until the coming of the Lord. The farmer waits for the precious produce of the soil, being patient about it, until it gets the early and late rains.You too be patient; strengthen your hearts, for the coming of the Lord is near.Do not complain, brothers and sisters, against one another, so that you may not be judged; behold, the Judge is standing right at the door.As an example, brothers and sisters, of suffering and patience, take the prophets who spoke in the name of the Lord.We count those blessed who endured. You have heard of the endurance of Job and have seen the outcome of the Lord’s dealings, that the Lord is full of compassion and is merciful.

Simon Peter* said to Him,“ Lord, where are You going?” Jesus answered,“ Where I am going, you cannot follow Me now; but you will follow later.”

I will stand at my guard post And station myself on the watchtower; And I will keep watch to see what He will say to me, And how I may reply when I am reprimanded.Then the Lord answered me and said,“ Write down the vision And inscribe it clearly on tablets, So that one who reads it may run.For the vision is yet for the appointed time; It hurries toward the goal and it will not fail. Though it delays, wait for it; For it will certainly come, it will not delay long.

And fields will be purchased in this land of which you say,“ It is a desolation, without man or animal; it has been handed over to the Chaldeans.”

Behold, the assault ramps have reached the city to take it; and the city has been handed over to the Chaldeans who fight against it, because of the sword, the famine, and the plague; and what You have spoken has come to pass; and behold, You see it.Yet You have said to me, Lord God,“ Buy for yourself the field with money and call in witnesses”— although the city has been handed over to the Chaldeans.’ ”
