As soon as Judas left the room, Jesus said,“ The time has come for the Son of Man to enter into his glory, and God will be glorified because of him.

Their number was countless thousands, plus thousands of thousands.They said with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb who was slaughtered to receive power and riches and wisdom and strength and honor and glory and blessing!I heard every creature in heaven, on earth, under the earth, on the sea, and everything in them say, Blessing and honor and glory and power be to the one seated on the throne, and to the Lamb, forever and ever!The four living creatures said,“ Amen,” and the elders fell down and worshiped.

This is so that God’s multi-faceted wisdom may now be made known through the church to the rulers and authorities in the heavens.

He predestined us to be adopted as sons through Jesus Christ for himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,to the praise of his glorious grace that he lavished on us in the Beloved One.In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his gracethat he richly poured out on us with all wisdom and understanding.

and every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

“ Therefore let all the house of Israel know with certainty that God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Messiah.”

In the same way, Christ did not exalt himself to become a high priest, but God who said to him, You are my Son; today I have become your Father,also says in another place, You are a priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek.During his earthly life, he offered prayers and appeals with loud cries and tears to the one who was able to save him from death, and he was heard because of his reverence.Although he was the Son, he learned obedience from what he suffered.After he was perfected, he became the source of eternal salvation for all who obey him,

Jesus replied to them,“ The hour has come for the Son of Man to be glorified.

Through him you believe in God, who raised him from the dead and gave him glory, so that your faith and hope are in God.

But I have a baptism to undergo, and how it consumes me until it is finished!

The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the God of our ancestors, has glorified his servant Jesus, whom you handed over and denied before Pilate, though he had decided to release him.

Jesus spoke these things, looked up to heaven, and said,“ Father, the hour has come. But the angel said to them,“ Don’t be afraid, for look, I proclaim to you good news of great joy that will be for all the people:Today in the city of David a Savior was born for you, who is the Messiah, the Lord.This will be the sign for you: You will find a baby wrapped tightly in cloth and lying in a manger.”Suddenly there was a multitude of the heavenly host with the angel, praising God and saying:Glory to God in the highest heaven, and peace on earth to people he favors!

He will glorify me, because he will take from what is mine and declare it to you.

In their case, the god of this age has blinded the minds of the unbelievers to keep them from seeing the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.For we are not proclaiming ourselves but Jesus Christ as Lord, and ourselves as your servants for Jesus’s sake.For God who said,“ Let light shine out of darkness,” has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of God’s glory in the face of Jesus Christ.

Father, glorify your name.” Then a voice came from heaven:“ I have glorified it, and I will glorify it again.”

so that we who had already put our hope in Christ might bring praise to his glory.

so that in the coming ages he might display the immeasurable riches of his grace through his kindness to us in Christ Jesus.

He erased the certificate of debt, with its obligations, that was against us and opposed to us, and has taken it away by nailing it to the cross.He disarmed the rulers and authorities and disgraced them publicly; he triumphed over them in him.

We all, with unveiled faces, are looking as in a mirror at the glory of the Lord and are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory; this is from the Lord who is the Spirit.
