Jesus replied,“ The one who has bathed needs only to wash his feet, but is completely clean. And you disciples are clean, but not every one of you.”

耶穌曰：『已浴者第須濯足、而舉身皆潔。爾曹潔矣、顧亦有例外。』

Jesus answered,“ Those who have had a bath need only to wash their feet; their whole body is clean. And you are clean, though not every one of you.”

Jesus said to him,“ He who is bathed needs only to wash his feet, but is completely clean; and you are clean, but not all of you.”

Jesus saith to him, He that is bathed needeth not save to wash his feet, but is clean every whit: and ye are clean, but not all.

You are clean already because of the word that I have spoken to you.

So then, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; what is old has passed away– look, what is new has come!

Therefore, since we have these promises, dear friends, let us cleanse ourselves from everything that could defile the body and the spirit, and thus accomplish holiness out of reverence for God.

to sanctify her by cleansing her with the washing of the water by the word,so that he may present the church to himself as glorious– not having a stain or wrinkle, or any such blemish, but holy and blameless.

But if he does not purify himself on the third day and the seventh day, then he will not be clean.Anyone who touches the corpse of any dead person and does not purify himself defiles the tabernacle of the LORD. And that person must be cut off from Israel, because the water of purification was not sprinkled on him. He will be unclean; his uncleanness remains on him.

Now if I do what I do not want, it is no longer me doing it but sin that lives in me.So, I find the law that when I want to do good, evil is present with me.For I delight in the law of God in my inner being.But I see a different law in my members waging war against the law of my mind and making me captive to the law of sin that is in my members.

“‘ Any person who eats an animal that has died of natural causes or an animal torn by beasts, whether a native citizen or a foreigner, must wash his clothes, bathe in water, and be unclean until evening; then he becomes clean.But if he does not wash his clothes and does not bathe his body, he will bear his punishment for iniquity.’”

God made the one who did not know sin to be sin for us, so that in him we would become the righteousness of God.

You were taught with reference to your former way of life to lay aside the old man who is being corrupted in accordance with deceitful desires,to be renewed in the spirit of your mind,and to put on the new man who has been created in God’s image– in righteousness and holiness that comes from truth.

and the one who burns them must wash his clothes and bathe his body in water, and afterward he may reenter the camp.

Now may the God of peace himself make you completely holy and may your spirit and soul and body be kept entirely blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

They served only for matters of food and drink and various washings; they are external regulations imposed until the new order came.

For we all stumble in many ways. If someone does not stumble in what he says, he is a perfect individual, able to control the entire body as well.

You are altogether beautiful, my darling! There is no blemish in you!

and forgive us our debts, as we ourselves have forgiven our debtors.

For there is not one truly righteous person on the earth who continually does good and never sins.

When that time comes, no guilt will be found in Israel. No sin will be found in Judah. For I will forgive those of them I have allowed to survive. I, the LORD, affirm it!’”
