难道你不相信我在父里面，父也在我里面吗？我这些话不是凭自己讲的，而是住在我里面的父在做祂自己的工作。

关于你们，我有许多要说、要审判的，但差我来的那位是真实的，我把从祂那里听到的告诉世人。”

耶稣继续说：“我凭自己不能做什么，我按父上帝的旨意审判，我的审判是公平的；因为我不是按自己的旨意行，而是按差我来者的旨意行。

我要在他们当中选立一位像你一样的先知，我会告诉他该说的话，他要把我的一切吩咐告诉他们。

但这是为了让世人知道我爱父，父怎么吩咐我，我就怎么做。起来，我们走吧！”

我不再称你们为奴仆，因为奴仆不知道主人的事。我称你们为朋友，因为我把从父那里听见的一切都告诉了你们。

我实实在在地告诉你，我们所说的是自己知道的，所见证的是自己见过的，可是你们不肯接受我们的见证。

耶稣说：“如果上帝是你们的父，你们一定会爱我，因为我来自上帝。如今我在这里，我不是凭自己来的，而是上帝差我来的，

因为我从天上下来，不是要成就自己的旨意，而是要成就差我来者的旨意。差我来者的旨意是，祂所赐给我的，我一个也不失掉，在末日我要叫他们复活。因为我父的旨意是要叫一切看见儿子并相信的人得到永生，在末日，我要叫他们复活。”

要把所见所闻讲给人听，只是没有人接受祂的见证。

以下是上帝赐给耶稣基督的启示，让祂把将来要发生的事指示祂的众奴仆。因此，祂差遣天使告诉祂的奴仆约翰。
