But all who reject me and my message will be judged on the day of judgment by the truth I have spoken.

There is a judge for the one who rejects me and does not accept my words; the very words I have spoken will condemn them at the last day.

But there is a judge for anyone who does not accept me and my words. These words I have spoken will judge them on the last day.

The one who rejects me and does not receive my words has a judge; the word that I have spoken will judge him on the last day.

The one who rejects me and doesn’t receive my sayings has this as his judge: The word I have spoken will judge him on the last day.

The one who rejects Me and does not accept My teachings has one who judges him: the word which I spoke. That will judge him on the last day.

He who rejects Me, and does not receive My words, has that which judges him— the word that I have spoken will judge him in the last day.

He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my sayings, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I spake, the same shall judge him in the last day.

Then he said to the disciples,“ Anyone who accepts your message is also accepting me. And anyone who rejects you is rejecting me. And anyone who rejects me is rejecting God, who sent me.”

And this is the message I proclaim— that the day is coming when God, through Christ Jesus, will judge everyone’s secret life.

And just as each person is destined to die once and after that comes judgment,so also Christ was offered once for all time as a sacrifice to take away the sins of many people. He will come again, not to deal with our sins, but to bring salvation to all who are eagerly waiting for him.

in flaming fire, bringing judgment on those who don’t know God and on those who refuse to obey the Good News of our Lord Jesus.

Just think how much worse the punishment will be for those who have trampled on the Son of God, and have treated the blood of the covenant, which made us holy, as if it were common and unholy, and have insulted and disdained the Holy Spirit who brings God’s mercy to us.For we know the one who said,“ I will take revenge. I will pay them back.” He also said,“ The Lord will judge his own people.”It is a terrible thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

“ But when the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, then he will sit upon his glorious throne.

Then Jesus asked them,“ Didn’t you ever read this in the Scriptures?‘ The stone that the builders rejected has now become the cornerstone. This is the Lord’s doing, and it is wonderful to see.’

He was despised and rejected— a man of sorrows, acquainted with deepest grief. We turned our backs on him and looked the other way. He was despised, and we did not care.

So what makes us think we can escape if we ignore this great salvation that was first announced by the Lord Jesus himself and then delivered to us by those who heard him speak?

God sent his Son into the world not to judge the world, but to save the world through him.“ There is no judgment against anyone who believes in him. But anyone who does not believe in him has already been judged for not believing in God’s one and only Son.And the judgment is based on this fact: God’s light came into the world, but people loved the darkness more than the light, for their actions were evil.All who do evil hate the light and refuse to go near it for fear their sins will be exposed.

Be careful that you do not refuse to listen to the One who is speaking. For if the people of Israel did not escape when they refused to listen to Moses, the earthly messenger, we will certainly not escape if we reject the One who speaks to us from heaven!

“ Yes,” Martha said,“ he will rise when everyone else rises, at the last day.”

Didn’t you ever read this in the Scriptures?‘ The stone that the builders rejected has now become the cornerstone.

If anyone is ashamed of me and my message, the Son of Man will be ashamed of that person when he returns in his glory and in the glory of the Father and the holy angels.

But the Pharisees and experts in religious law rejected God’s plan for them, for they had refused John’s baptism.

I will raise up a prophet like you from among their fellow Israelites. I will put my words in his mouth, and he will tell the people everything I command him.I will personally deal with anyone who will not listen to the messages the prophet proclaims on my behalf.

Then Moses said,‘ Anyone who will not listen to that Prophet will be completely cut off from God’s people.’

Then Jesus began to tell them that the Son of Man must suffer many terrible things and be rejected by the elders, the leading priests, and the teachers of religious law. He would be killed, but three days later he would rise from the dead.

“ Yet it isn’t I who will accuse you before the Father. Moses will accuse you! Yes, Moses, in whom you put your hopes.

Anyone who believes and is baptized will be saved. But anyone who refuses to believe will be condemned.

If the Good News we preach is hidden behind a veil, it is hidden only from people who are perishing.

But though I have rescued you from your misery and distress, you have rejected your God today and have said,‘ No, we want a king instead!’ Now, therefore, present yourselves before the Lord by tribes and clans.”

But first the Son of Man must suffer terribly and be rejected by this generation.

Our lives are a Christ like fragrance rising up to God. But this fragrance is perceived differently by those who are being saved and by those who are perishing.To those who are perishing, we are a dreadful smell of death and doom. But to those who are being saved, we are a life giving perfume. And who is adequate for such a task as this?

“ The Son of Man must suffer many terrible things,” he said.“ He will be rejected by the elders, the leading priests, and the teachers of religious law. He will be killed, but on the third day he will be raised from the dead.”

Jesus looked at them and said,“ Then what does this Scripture mean?‘ The stone that the builders rejected has now become the cornerstone.’

“ Do everything they say to you,” the Lord replied,“ for they are rejecting me, not you. They don’t want me to be their king any longer.
