這話可信，值得完全接受：「基督耶穌到世上來是要拯救罪人」，而在罪人中我是個罪魁。然而，我蒙了憐憫，好讓基督耶穌在我這罪魁身上顯明他完全的忍耐，給後來信他得永生的人做榜樣。

人子來是要尋找和拯救失喪的人。」

你們是以人的標準來判斷人，我不判斷任何人。即使我判斷人，我的判斷也是真確的，因為不是我獨自在判斷，而是差我來的父與我一同判斷。

不要以為我會在父面前告你們；有一位告你們的，就是你們所仰望的摩西。

我有許多事要講論你們，判斷你們；但差我來的那位是真實的，我從他那裏所聽見的，就告訴世人。」

「你們要小心，不可輕看這些小子中的一個；我告訴你們，他們的天使在天上，常見我天父的面。

並且要以我們主的容忍作為你們得救的機會，就如我們所親愛的弟兄保羅，照着所賜給他的智慧寫信給你們。

於是他們就往別的村莊去了。
