正如人子不是來受人服侍，而是來服侍人，並且犧牲性命，作許多人的贖價。」

有句話千真萬確、完全可信，就是「基督耶穌降世，為要拯救罪人。」在罪人中我是個罪魁，但我依然蒙了憐憫，因為耶穌基督要在我這個罪魁身上彰顯祂無限的忍耐，使我做那些要信靠祂並得到永生之人的榜樣。

人子來是要尋找和拯救迷失的人。」

你們只憑外表判斷別人，我卻不判斷人。就算我判斷人，我的判斷也是正確的，因為我不是獨自一人，還有差我來的父與我同在。

不要以為我會在父面前控告你們，其實控告你們的是你們一直信賴的摩西。

關於你們，我有許多要說、要審判的，但差我來的那位是真實的，我把從祂那裡聽到的告訴世人。」

你們切不可輕視任何一位卑微的人。我告訴你們，他們的天使在天上常見我天父的面。

你們要把耶穌的寬容看作是讓眾人得救的機會，正如我們親愛的弟兄保羅按著上帝賜給他的智慧寫信告訴你們的。
