『主已蒙其目、主已頑其心、恐其目有見、恐其心有靈、恐其即回頭、令吾全其生。』

“ He has blinded their eyes and hardened their hearts, so they can neither see with their eyes, nor understand with their hearts, nor turn— and I would heal them.”

故我以喻語之、因其視而不見、聽而不聞、亦不悟也、以應以賽亞預言云、爾將聽而不聰、視而不明、蓋斯民心頑、耳聵、自閉其目、恐目視、耳聽、心悟、轉移而我醫之、

曰上帝國之奧、賜爾知之、惟於他人則設喻、俾其視而不明、聽而不悟、

耶穌曰、我為鞫入世、使不見者得見、而見者反瞽也、

俾其視而不明、聽而不悟、恐其轉移而獲赦也、

誰為瞽、非我僕乎、誰為聾、如我所遣之使乎、誰為瞽如我之同盟、誰為瞽如耶和華之僕乎、爾多見而不悟、啟耳而不聞、

耶和華歟、我身頹敗、爾其恤之、耶和華歟、我骨酸辛、爾其療之、

我曰、耶和華歟、尚其憫我醫我、我獲罪於爾兮、

其來、我儕歸耶和華、彼既裂我、亦必醫我、彼既擊我、亦必裹我、

蓋耶和華以沉睡之神注爾、閉爾之目、即先知也、蒙爾之首、即先見也、

我將醫其悖逆、厚加眷愛、蓋我怒已轉離之、

痛心者醫之、而裹其創兮、

爾悖逆之子歟、尚其歸我、我必醫爾悖逆、曰、我歸爾、緣爾為我之上帝耶和華也、

彼之行徑、我見之矣、我必醫之、引導之、慰藉之、並慰藉其中之憂人、耶和華曰、我造厥口之果、遠者近者、願其平康、我必醫之、

惟至今日、耶和華未嘗賜爾心能明、目能見、耳能聽、

蓋耶和華聽其剛愎厥心、與以色列人戰、而被翦滅、不蒙矜恤、循耶和華諭摩西之命、○

是上帝隨所欲矜恤之、亦隨所欲剛愎之、○

往告此民曰、爾將聽而不聰、視而不明、

愚昧無知之民歟、有目而不見、有耳而不聞、爾其聽此、

我必使之剛愎厥心、追襲於後、我將獲榮於法老、及其軍旅、俾埃及人知我為耶和華、以色列人遂如是行、

人子歟、爾居悖逆之家、彼有目視而不見、有耳聽而不聞、以其為悖逆之家也、

法老剛愎厥心、不聽從之、如耶和華所言、○

然則何耶、以色列所求未得、惟蒙選者得之、餘則頑耳、如經云、上帝賦之以昏昧之心、目不見、耳不聞、至於今日、大衛曰、令其筵為絆、為檻、為礙、為報、其目矇而不見、其背終於傴僂、然則彼蹶至於傾陷乎、非也、乃以其過犯而拯及異邦、致發其憤也、

耶穌知之曰、何因無餅相議耶、爾猶未識未悟乎、爾心頑乎、爾有目不視、有耳不聽、亦不憶乎、

姑聽之、彼乃瞽而導者、以瞽導瞽、二者皆陷於坑矣、

惟彼因我罪而被創、緣我咎而受傷、彼遭譴責、俾我平康、彼見鞭扑、令我痊愈、

於是會眾送之行、乃經腓尼基、撒瑪利亞、述異邦人之向化、諸兄弟大喜、

主之神偕我矣、蓋彼膏我、以宣福音於貧者、遣我宣告、虜者得釋、瞽者得明、受挫折者得自由、

耶和華使埃及王法老剛愎厥心、追襲以色列人、以色列人毅然而出、

如先知被誘而宣言、乃我耶和華使然、我必伸手其上、滅之於我民以色列中、

兄弟乎、爾中或迷失真道、而有使之反正者、當知使罪人反自迷途、乃救一人免死、掩罪多矣、

我將使之剛愎厥心、且多行我之異蹟奇事於埃及、

耶和華曰、誰願誘亞哈往基列拉末、而隕沒乎、其一曰如此、其一曰如彼、

故爾當改悔而轉移、令罪塗抹、俾安舒之日自主而來、

蓋未悟擘餅之事、心頑故也、○

我必使埃及人剛愎厥心、追入於海、我將因法老、及其軍旅車騎而獲榮焉、

擊多國、戮強王、亞摩利王西宏、巴珊王噩、及迦南諸國兮、以其地為業、賜其民以色列兮、耶和華歟、爾名悠久、耶和華歟、爾誌歷世弗替兮、耶和華必為其民伸冤、為其僕回意兮、○異邦偶像、乃銀乃金、人手所造、有口不言、有目不見、有耳不聞、有口無氣、造之者、賴之者、必似之兮、

耶和華諭摩西曰、汝歸時、我所示爾之異蹟、務行於法老前、我將使之剛愎厥心、不釋斯民、

耶和華歟、爾手高舉、而彼不視、惟爾為民熱中、彼將視之而愧、火必燬滅爾敵、
