Then Mary took about a pint of pure nard, an expensive perfume; she poured it on Jesus’ feet and wiped his feet with her hair. And the house was filled with the fragrance of the perfume.

Then Mary took a pound of perfume, pure and expensive nard, anointed Jesus’s feet, and wiped his feet with her hair. So the house was filled with the fragrance of the perfume.

Mary then took a pound of very expensive perfume of pure nard, and anointed the feet of Jesus and wiped His feet with her hair; and the house was filled with the fragrance of the perfume.

Then Mary took a pound of very costly oil of spikenard, anointed the feet of Jesus, and wiped His feet with her hair. And the house was filled with the fragrance of the oil.

Mary therefore took a pound of ointment of pure nard, very precious, and anointed the feet of Jesus, and wiped his feet with her hair: and the house was filled with the odor of the ointment.

Then Mary took a pound of fragrant oil— pure and expensive nard— anointed Jesus’ feet, and wiped His feet with her hair. So the house was filled with the fragrance of the oil.

Then took Mary a pound of ointment of spikenard, very costly, and anointed the feet of Jesus, and wiped his feet with her hair: and the house was filled with the odour of the ointment.

Then Mary took three quarters of a pound of expensive aromatic oil from pure nard and anointed the feet of Jesus. She then wiped his feet dry with her hair.( Now the house was filled with the fragrance of the perfumed oil.)

Therefore Mary took a pound of ointment of pure nard, very precious, and anointed Jesus’s feet and wiped his feet with her hair. The house was filled with the fragrance of the ointment.

馬利亞即以香膏膏主、以髮拭主足者、其兄弟拉撒路病、

耶穌在伯大尼、癩者西門家、席坐、有婦人以玉盒盛至真至貴香膏、揭玉盒、沃其首、有人憾之曰、惡用是糜費為、此膏鬻金三十有奇、可以濟貧矣、蓋咎之也、耶穌曰、姑聽之、何為難之耶、婦視我者善也、夫貧者常偕爾、欲善視之、隨時可得、惟我不常偕爾、婦之所為、乃盡其心、其預膏我躬者、備葬事耳、我誠告爾、普天下、不論何處、傳此福音、亦必述婦所行、以為記、○

眾行時、耶穌入一鄉、有婦名馬大、迎之於家、其姊妹馬利亞、坐耶穌足下、聽道、

邑中一婦、素有惡行、知耶穌席坐𠵽唎㘔人家、取玉盒、盛香膏、立耶穌後而哭、淚濡其足、以髮拭之、吻接其足、以香膏膏之、

馬利亞至耶穌處、見之、俯伏足下、曰、主若在此、兄弟必不死、

爾未嘗以膏膏我首、惟婦以香膏膏我足、

耶穌在伯大尼癩者西門家、有婦以玉盒、盛至貴之膏、就耶穌席間、沃其首、門徒見而憾曰、惡用此糜費為哉、此膏可鬻多金、以濟貧者、耶穌知其意曰、何為難此婦乎、婦視我者善也、蓋貧者常偕爾、我不常偕爾、婦傾此膏於我躬、為我葬而行之、我誠告爾、普天下、不論何處傳此福音、亦必述婦所行以為記、○

言竟、歸、潛呼姊妹馬利亞曰、師至召爾、

所植者石榴美果、古柏香木、馨香草、番紅花、菖蒲、桂枝、乳香、沒藥、蘆薈、與諸芬芳之品。

新婦曰、王坐席間、聞我馨香、

爾名流芳、若芬馥之品、傾注於外、其香遠徹、故婢女愛汝。

昔彼指雅各有能之主耶和華而發誓、

爾眷愛之情、甚為篤摯、愈於酒醴、爾之香膏、愈於芳品、
