Then Mary took about a pint of pure nard, an expensive perfume; she poured it on Jesus’ feet and wiped his feet with her hair. And the house was filled with the fragrance of the perfume.

Then Mary took a pound of perfume, pure and expensive nard, anointed Jesus’s feet, and wiped his feet with her hair. So the house was filled with the fragrance of the perfume.

Mary then took a pound of very expensive perfume of pure nard, and anointed the feet of Jesus and wiped His feet with her hair; and the house was filled with the fragrance of the perfume.

Then Mary took a pound of very costly oil of spikenard, anointed the feet of Jesus, and wiped His feet with her hair. And the house was filled with the fragrance of the oil.

Mary therefore took a pound of ointment of pure nard, very precious, and anointed the feet of Jesus, and wiped his feet with her hair: and the house was filled with the odor of the ointment.

Then Mary took a pound of fragrant oil— pure and expensive nard— anointed Jesus’ feet, and wiped His feet with her hair. So the house was filled with the fragrance of the oil.

Then took Mary a pound of ointment of spikenard, very costly, and anointed the feet of Jesus, and wiped his feet with her hair: and the house was filled with the odour of the ointment.

Then Mary took three quarters of a pound of expensive aromatic oil from pure nard and anointed the feet of Jesus. She then wiped his feet dry with her hair.( Now the house was filled with the fragrance of the perfumed oil.)

Therefore Mary took a pound of ointment of pure nard, very precious, and anointed Jesus’s feet and wiped his feet with her hair. The house was filled with the fragrance of the ointment.

此馬利亞、乃昔以膏膏主、以髮拭其足者、病者拉撒路其兄弟也、

耶穌在伯大尼癩者西門家席坐、一婦以玉瓶盛至純至貴哪噠膏來、破玉瓶、傾其首、有憾之者曰、靡費此膏何為耶、此膏可鬻金三十有奇、以濟貧也、遂尤之、耶穌曰、姑聽之、何難之耶、其行於我者善也、蓋爾恆有貧者偕、欲善視之、隨時皆能、惟不恆有我也、婦乃以其所能者為之、預膏我躬、以備葬耳、我誠語汝、普天之下、凡宣福音之地、必述此婦所行以誌之、○

眾行時、耶穌入一村、有婦名馬大迎之至其家、其姊妹馬利亞坐主足下聽其言、

邑中一婦、罪人也、知耶穌席坐於法利賽人之家、攜玉瓶盛香膏、立其後、傍其足而哭、淚濡其足、以髮拭之、且吻接之、以香膏膏之、

馬利亞至、見耶穌、伏其足下、曰、主若在此、我兄弟不死矣、

爾未嘗以膏膏我首、惟彼以香膏膏我足、

耶穌在伯大尼癩者西門家、有婦以玉瓶盛至貴之膏就之、於席間沃其首、門徒見之不悅、曰、惡用此靡費為哉、此膏可鬻多金、以濟貧也、耶穌知其意、曰、何為難此婦乎、彼所行者善也、蓋爾恆有貧者偕、不恆有我也、彼傾此膏於我躬、乃為我葬而行之、我誠語汝、普天之下、凡宣此福音之地、必述此婦所行、以為之記、○

言竟、乃歸、潛呼其姊妹馬利亞曰、師至、呼爾、

爾之所植、乃石榴園、中有佳果、並有鳳仙花、那達樹、那達水仙、菖蒲桂樹、及諸乳香、沒藥沉香、與芳品之最者、

書拉密女思其良人曰王坐於榻、我之那達發其芬芳、

爾膏香而美、爾名如膏之傾注、故眾女愛汝、

彼如何發誓於耶和華、許願於雅各之能者、

我姊妹、我新婦、爾之愛情、何其美好、爾之愛情、愈於酒醴、爾膏之馨、踰諸芳品、
