The crowd that was there and heard it said it had thundered; others said an angel had spoken to him.

The crowd there heard the voice. Some said it was thunder. Others said an angel had spoken to Jesus.

When the crowd heard the voice, some thought it was thunder, while others declared an angel had spoken to him.

So the crowd who stood by and heard it were saying that it had thundered; others were saying,“ An angel has spoken to Him!”

Therefore the people who stood by and heard it said that it had thundered. Others said,“ An angel has spoken to Him.”

The multitude therefore, that stood by, and heard it, said that it had thundered: others said, An angel hath spoken to him.

For the Sadducees say that there is no resurrection, nor angel, nor spirit, but the Pharisees acknowledge them all.Then a great clamor arose, and some of the scribes of the Pharisees’ party stood up and contended sharply,“ We find nothing wrong in this man. What if a spirit or an angel spoke to him?”

Keep listening to the thunder of his voice and the rumbling that comes from his mouth.Under the whole heaven he lets it go, and his lightning to the corners of the earth.After it his voice roars; he thunders with his majestic voice, and he does not restrain the lightnings when his voice is heard.God thunders wondrously with his voice; he does great things that we cannot comprehend.

And I heard a voice from heaven like the roar of many waters and like the sound of loud thunder. The voice I heard was like the sound of harpists playing on their harps,

Have you an arm like God, and can you thunder with a voice like his?

On the morning of the third day there were thunders and lightnings and a thick cloud on the mountain and a very loud trumpet blast, so that all the people in the camp trembled.

Then God’s temple in heaven was opened, and the ark of his covenant was seen within his temple. There were flashes of lightning, rumblings, peals of thunder, an earthquake, and heavy hail.

After this I saw another angel coming down from heaven, having great authority, and the earth was made bright with his glory.And he called out with a mighty voice,“ Fallen, fallen is Babylon the great! She has become a dwelling place for demons, a haunt for every unclean spirit, a haunt for every unclean bird, a haunt for every unclean and detestable beast.

Then the angel took the censer and filled it with fire from the altar and threw it on the earth, and there were peals of thunder, rumblings, flashes of lightning, and an earthquake.

Now I watched when the Lamb opened one of the seven seals, and I heard one of the four living creatures say with a voice like thunder,“ Come!”

Now when all the people saw the thunder and the flashes of lightning and the sound of the trumpet and the mountain smoking, the people were afraid and trembled, and they stood far off

And the sound of the wings of the cherubim was heard as far as the outer court, like the voice of God Almighty when he speaks.
