惟独见那成为比天使小一点的耶稣；因为受死的苦，就得了尊贵荣耀为冠冕，叫他因着神的恩，为人人尝了死味。原来那为万物所属、为万物所本的，要领许多的儿子进荣耀里去，使救他们的元帅，因受苦难得以完全，本是合宜的。

我若从地上被举起来，就要吸引万人来归我。”耶稣这话原是指着自己将要怎样死说的。

我要将你的名传与我的弟兄，在会中我要赞美你。你们敬畏耶和华的人要赞美他！雅各的后裔都要荣耀他！以色列的后裔都要惧怕他！因为他没有藐视憎恶受苦的人，也没有向他掩面；那受苦之人呼吁的时候，他就垂听。我在大会中赞美你的话是从你而来的；我要在敬畏耶和华的人面前还我的愿。谦卑的人必吃得饱足；寻求耶和华的人必赞美他。愿你们的心永远活着！地的四极都要想念耶和华，并且归顺他；列国的万族都要在你面前敬拜。因为国权是耶和华的；他是管理万国的。地上一切丰肥的人必吃喝而敬拜；凡下到尘土中不能存活自己性命的人，都要在他面前下拜。他必有后裔侍奉他；主所行的事必传与后代。他们必来把他的公义传给将要生的民，言明这事是他所行的。

此后，我观看，见有许多的人，没有人能数过来，是从各国、各族、各民、各方来的，站在宝座和羔羊面前，身穿白衣，手拿棕树枝，大声喊着说：“愿救恩归与坐在宝座上我们的神，也归与羔羊！”众天使都站在宝座和众长老并四活物的周围，在宝座前，面伏于地，敬拜神，说：“阿们！颂赞、荣耀、智慧、感谢、尊贵、权柄、大力都归与我们的神，直到永永远远。阿们！”长老中有一位问我说：“这些穿白衣的是谁？是从哪里来的？”我对他说：“我主，你知道。”他向我说：“这些人是从大患难中出来的，曾用羔羊的血把衣裳洗白净了。所以，他们在神宝座前，昼夜在他殿中侍奉他。坐宝座的要用帐幕覆庇他们。他们不再饥，不再渴；日头和炎热也必不伤害他们。因为宝座中的羔羊必牧养他们，领他们到生命水的泉源；神也必擦去他们一切的眼泪。”

在地的山顶上，五谷必然茂盛；所结的谷实要响动，如黎巴嫩的树林；城里的人要发旺，如地上的草。

我的精力枯干，如同瓦片；我的舌头贴在我牙床上。你将我安置在死地的尘土中。
