看哪，我站在門外叩門，若有聽見我聲音就開門的，我要進到他那裏去，我與他，他與我一同坐席。

有許多猶太人知道耶穌在那裏，就來了，不但是為耶穌的緣故，也是要看他從死裏所復活的拉撒路。但祭司長商議連拉撒路也要殺了；

耶穌在伯大尼長大痲瘋的西門家裏坐席的時候，有一個女人拿着一玉瓶至貴的真哪噠香膏來，打破玉瓶，把膏澆在耶穌的頭上。

他們走路的時候，耶穌進了一個村莊。有一個女人，名叫馬大，接他到自己家裏。她有一個妹子，名叫馬利亞，在耶穌腳前坐着聽他的道。馬大伺候的事多，心裏忙亂，就進前來，說：「主啊，我的妹子留下我一個人伺候，你不在意嗎？請吩咐她來幫助我。」耶穌回答說：「馬大！馬大！你為許多的事思慮煩擾，但是不可少的只有一件；馬利亞已經選擇那上好的福分，是不能奪去的。」

主人來了，看見僕人警醒，那僕人就有福了。我實在告訴你們，主人必叫他們坐席，自己束上帶，進前伺候他們。

說了這話，就大聲呼叫說：「拉撒路出來！」那死人就出來了，手腳裹着布，臉上包着手巾。耶穌對他們說：「解開，叫他走！」

利未在自己家裏為耶穌大擺筵席，有許多稅吏和別人與他們一同坐席。

耶穌又對請他的人說：「你擺設午飯或晚飯，不要請你的朋友、弟兄、親屬，和富足的鄰舍，恐怕他們也請你，你就得了報答。

耶穌在伯大尼長大痲瘋的西門家裏，

北風啊，興起！南風啊，吹來！吹在我的園內，使其中的香氣發出來。願我的良人進入自己園裏，吃他佳美的果子。我妹子，我新婦，我進了我的園中，採了我的沒藥和香料，吃了我的蜜房和蜂蜜，喝了我的酒和奶。我的朋友們，請吃！我所親愛的，請喝，且多多地喝！
