And he stretched himself out on the child three times, and cried out to the Lord and said,“ O Lord my God, I pray, let this child’s soul come back to him.”Then the Lord heard the voice of Elijah; and the soul of the child came back to him, and he revived.

But Peter put them all out, and knelt down and prayed. And turning to the body he said,“ Tabitha, arise.” And she opened her eyes, and when she saw Peter she sat up.

Then He came and touched the open coffin, and those who carried him stood still. And He said,“ Young man, I say to you, arise.”So he who was dead sat up and began to speak. And He presented him to his mother.

And Peter said to him,“ Aeneas, Jesus the Christ heals you. Arise and make your bed.” Then he arose immediately.

So when Peter saw it, he responded to the people:“ Men of Israel, why do you marvel at this? Or why look so intently at us, as though by our own power or godliness we had made this man walk?

And they feared exceedingly, and said to one another,“ Who can this be, that even the wind and the sea obey Him!”

Then Peter said,“ Silver and gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk.”
