Then he stretched himself upon the child three times and cried to the Lord,“ O Lord my God, let this child’s life come into him again.”And the Lord listened to the voice of Elijah. And the life of the child came into him again, and he revived.

But Peter put them all outside, and knelt down and prayed; and turning to the body he said,“ Tabitha, arise.” And she opened her eyes, and when she saw Peter she sat up.

Then he came up and touched the bier, and the bearers stood still. And he said,“ Young man, I say to you, arise.”And the dead man sat up and began to speak, and Jesus gave him to his mother.

And Peter said to him,“ Aeneas, Jesus Christ heals you; rise and make your bed.” And immediately he rose.

And when Peter saw it he addressed the people:“ Men of Israel, why do you wonder at this, or why do you stare at us, as though by our own power or piety we have made him walk?

And they were filled with great fear and said to one another,“ Who then is this, that even the wind and the sea obey him?”

But Peter said,“ I have no silver and gold, but what I do have I give to you. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk!”
