當時主感於聖神、不勝忻愉曰：『偉哉聖父！天地之主！爾令世之智者昧於妙道、而獨啟迪赤子之心。父乎、是誠爾之美意。

爾宜無憂。爾有所需、宜用懇切之祈禱、感激之情緖、向天主坦率陳之；

稅吏遙立、弗敢仰視、惟拊膺曰：「求主憐我罪人！」
