耶稣听见后，说：“这病不会致命，而是为了上帝的荣耀，使祂的儿子借此得到荣耀。”

耶稣说：“我不是跟你说过，只要你信，就会看见上帝的荣耀吗？”

耶稣说：“不是他犯了罪，也不是他父母犯了罪，而是要在他身上彰显上帝的作为。

如果你们为基督的缘故受辱骂，就有福了！因为上帝荣耀的灵常住在你们身上。

叫人尊敬子如同尊敬父。不尊敬子的，就是不尊敬差子来的父。

犹大出去以后，耶稣就说：“现在人子得到荣耀了，上帝在人子身上也得了荣耀。上帝既然在人子身上得了荣耀，也要让人子在祂身上得荣耀，并且马上要使人子得荣耀。

耶稣说：“如果我为自己争取荣耀，那荣耀算不了什么。但使我得荣耀的是我的父，你们也称祂为你们的上帝。

父啊，现在让我和你同享创世以前我们所共有的荣耀吧！

耶稣进去问道：“你们为什么大哭大嚷呢？这孩子并没有死，只是睡着了。”这些人听了，都讥笑祂。耶稣让他们全部出去，然后带着孩子的父母和三个门徒进了房间。祂拉着孩子的手说：“大利大，古米！”意思是：“小女孩，我吩咐你起来！”小女孩应声而起，并且可以走动，那时她十二岁。在场的人都惊奇不已。

这是耶稣第一次行神迹，是在加利利的迦拿行的，彰显了祂的荣耀，门徒都信了祂。

父啊！愿你使自己的名得荣耀！”当时天上有声音说：“我已使自己的名得了荣耀，并且还要得荣耀。”

我殷切地期待和盼望：我不会感到任何羞愧，而是放胆无惧，不管是生是死，都要一如既往地使基督在我身上得到尊崇。

耶稣说完后，就抬头望着天说：“父啊！时候到了，愿你使你的儿子得荣耀，好让你的儿子也使你得荣耀。

你们借着基督信了使祂从死里复活、赐祂荣耀的上帝，所以，你们的信心和盼望都在于上帝。

那么，以色列人一失足就再也爬不起来了吗？当然不是！恰好相反，因他们的过犯，救恩临到了外族人，使他们心生嫉妒。

并靠着耶稣基督结满仁义的果子，使上帝得到荣耀与颂赞。

能讲道的，要按着上帝的话去讲；能服侍人的，要本着上帝所赐的力量去服侍。这样，上帝会借着耶稣基督在一切的事上得到荣耀。愿荣耀和权能都归于祂，直到永永远远。阿们！

一切属于我的都是你的，属于你的也是我的，我从他们身上得了荣耀。

法利赛人又把那个从前失明的人叫来，对他说：“你应该把荣耀归给上帝！我们知道那个人是罪人。”
