姊妹遣人往告耶穌曰、主、爾所愛者病矣、

姊若妹因遣人告耶穌曰：『主所寵者病矣！』

So the sisters sent a message to Jesus.“ Lord,” they told him,“ the one you love is sick.”

So the sisters sent to him, saying,“ Lord, he whom you love is ill.”

So the two sisters sent a message to Jesus telling him,“ Lord, your dear friend is very sick.”

So the sisters sent a message to him:“ Lord, the one you love is sick.”

So the sisters sent word to Him, saying,“ Lord, behold, he whom You love is sick.”

Therefore the sisters sent to Him, saying,“ Lord, behold, he whom You love is sick.”

The sisters therefore sent unto him, saying, Lord, behold, he whom thou lovest is sick.

So the sisters sent a message to Him:“ Lord, the one You love is sick.”

Therefore his sisters sent unto him, saying, Lord, behold, he whom thou lovest is sick.

So the sisters sent a message to Jesus,“ Lord, look, the one you love is sick.”

The sisters therefore sent to him, saying,“ Lord, behold, he for whom you have great affection is sick.”

Now Jesus loved Martha and her sister and Lazarus.

Those whom I love I rebuke and discipline. So be earnest and repent.

One of them, the disciple whom Jesus loved, was reclining next to him.

After he had said this, he went on to tell them,“ Our friend Lazarus has fallen asleep; but I am going there to wake him up.”

because the Lord disciplines the one he loves, and he chastens everyone he accepts as his son.”Endure hardship as discipline; God is treating you as his children. For what children are not disciplined by their father?

Then the Jews said,“ See how he loved him!”

I say of the holy people who are in the land,“ They are the noble ones in whom is all my delight.”

Then God said,“ Take your son, your only son, whom you love— Isaac— and go to the region of Moriah. Sacrifice him there as a burnt offering on a mountain I will show you.”

Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord.And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up. If they have sinned, they will be forgiven.

Now a man named Lazarus was sick. He was from Bethany, the village of Mary and her sister Martha.

For he longs for all of you and is distressed because you heard he was ill.Indeed he was ill, and almost died. But God had mercy on him, and not on him only but also on me, to spare me sorrow upon sorrow.
