After she had said this, she went back and called her sister Mary aside.“ The Teacher is here,” she said,“ and is asking for you.”

And when she had said this, Martha went and called her sister Mary, saying privately,“ The Teacher is here and is asking for you.”

Therefore that disciple whom Jesus loved said to Peter,“ It is the Lord!” Now when Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he put on his outer garment( for he had removed it), and plunged into the sea.

You call me Teacher and Lord, and you say well, for so I am.

Then Martha, as soon as she heard that Jesus was coming, went and met Him, but Mary was sitting in the house.

So Jesus stood still and commanded him to be called. Then they called the blind man, saying to him,“ Be of good cheer. Rise, He is calling you.”

To him the doorkeeper opens, and the sheep hear his voice; and he calls his own sheep by name and leads them out.

Wherever he goes in, say to the master of the house,‘ The Teacher says,“ Where is the guest room in which I may eat the Passover with My disciples?”’

Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord.Therefore comfort one another with these words.

Now it happened as they went that He entered a certain village; and a certain woman named Martha welcomed Him into her house.And she had a sister called Mary, who also sat at Jesus’ feet and heard His word.But Martha was distracted with much serving, and she approached Him and said,“ Lord, do You not care that my sister has left me to serve alone? Therefore tell her to help me.”And Jesus answered and said to her,“ Martha, Martha, you are worried and troubled about many things.But one thing is needed, and Mary has chosen that good part, which will not be taken away from her.”

Then you shall say to the master of the house,‘ The Teacher says to you,“ Where is the guest room where I may eat the Passover with My disciples?”’

In that day,’ says the Lord of hosts,‘ Everyone will invite his neighbor Under his vine and under his fig tree.’”

And He said,“ Go into the city to a certain man, and say to him,‘ The Teacher says,“ My time is at hand; I will keep the Passover at your house with My disciples.”’”

He first found his own brother Simon, and said to him,“ We have found the Messiah”( which is translated, the Christ).

Therefore comfort each other and edify one another, just as you also are doing.

Therefore strengthen the hands which hang down, and the feeble knees,
