耶穌所愛的那門徒對彼得說：「那是主！」當時，西門彼得赤著身子，一聽說是主，就把外衣繫上，跳進湖裡。

你們叫我『老師』，稱呼我『主』。你們說得對，因為我就是那一位。

瑪妲一聽說耶穌來了，就去迎接他。瑪麗亞卻仍然坐在家裡。

耶穌就停住，說：「叫他過來吧。」他們就叫那瞎眼的說：「鼓起勇氣吧！起來，他叫你呢。」

看門的就給他開門，羊也聽他的聲音。他一一提名呼喚自己的羊，帶領牠們出去。

他進哪一家，你們就對那家的主人說：『老師問：我的客房，就是我與我的門徒們一起吃逾越節晚餐的客房在哪裡呢？』

然後我們這些還活著存留的人，要與他們一同被提到雲裡，在空中與主相會。這樣，我們就要永遠與主在一起了。所以，你們當用這些話彼此鼓勵。

耶穌對她說：「瑪麗亞！」她轉過身，用希伯來語對耶穌說：「拉波尼！」——這意思是「老師」。

腓力找到拿旦業，對他說：「我們發現了摩西在律法上所寫的，和先知們所記的那一位。他就是約瑟的兒子，拿撒勒人耶穌。」

他們繼續前行，耶穌進了一個村子，有一個名叫瑪妲的女人接待他。瑪妲有個妹妹，稱為瑪麗亞，坐在主的腳前聽他的話語。瑪妲為了很多伺候的事就心裡煩亂，上前來說：「主啊，我妹妹丟下我一個人伺候，你不管嗎？請叫她來幫我的忙吧。」主回答她，說：「瑪妲，瑪妲，你為很多事憂慮、煩惱，但是有一件事是需要的，而瑪麗亞選擇了那美好的一份，是不能從她那裡被拿去的。」

對那家的主人說：『老師問你：我與我的門徒們一起吃逾越節晚餐的客房在哪裡呢？』

『到那日，你們各人必邀請自己的鄰人到葡萄樹下和無花果樹下。』這是萬軍之耶和華的宣告。」

耶穌說：「你們進城去，到某人那裡，告訴他：『老師說，我的時候快到了。我要在你那裡與我的門徒們一起守逾越節。』」

安得烈先去找自己的哥哥西門，對他說：「我們找到了彌賽亞。」——「彌賽亞」翻譯出來就是「基督」。

因此，你們要彼此鼓勵，互相造就，就像你們現在所做的那樣。

因此，你們要把發軟的手、發痠的腿伸直吧！
