The one who believes in the Son has eternal life; but the one who does not obey the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him.”

And the testimony is this, that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son.The one who has the Son has the life; the one who does not have the Son of God does not have the life.

No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him; and I will raise him up on the last day.

If Christ is in you, though the body is dead because of sin, yet the spirit is alive because of righteousness.But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.

For just as the Father raises the dead and gives them life, so the Son also gives life to whom He wishes.

And this is the will of Him who sent Me, that of everything that He has given Me I will lose nothing, but will raise it up on the last day.For this is the will of My Father, that everyone who sees the Son and believes in Him will have eternal life, and I Myself will raise him up on the last day.”

Your dead will live; Their corpses will rise. You who lie in the dust, awake and shout for joy, For your dew is as the dew of the dawn, And the earth will give birth to the departed spirits.

Yet as for me, I know that my Redeemer lives, And at the last, He will take His stand on the earth.Even after my skin is destroyed, Yet from my flesh I will see God,Whom I, on my part, shall behold for myself, And whom my eyes will see, and not another. My heart faints within me!

For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers,nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set you free from the law of sin and of death.

For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ;who will transform the body of our lowly condition into conformity with His glorious body, by the exertion of the power that He has even to subject all things to Himself.

Jesus said to them,“ I am the bread of life; the one who comes to Me will not be hungry, and the one who believes in Me will never be thirsty.

The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were completed. This is the first resurrection.

and He will wipe away every tear from their eyes; and there will no longer be any death; there will no longer be any mourning, or crying, or pain; the first things have passed away.”

All these died in faith, without receiving the promises, but having seen and welcomed them from a distance, and having confessed that they were strangers and exiles on the earth.For those who say such things make it clear that they are seeking a country of their own.And indeed if they had been thinking of that country which they left, they would have had opportunity to return.But as it is, they desire a better country, that is, a heavenly one. Therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God; for He has prepared a city for them.

After a little while, the world no longer is going to see Me, but you are going to see Me; because I live, you also will live.

For we know that if our earthly tent which is our house is torn down, we have a building from God, a house not made by hands, eternal in the heavens.For indeed, in this tent we groan, longing to be clothed with our dwelling from heaven,since in fact after putting it on, we will not be found naked.For indeed, we who are in this tent groan, being burdened, because we do not want to be unclothed but to be clothed, so that what is mortal will be swallowed up by life.Now He who prepared us for this very purpose is God, who gave us the Spirit as a pledge.Therefore, being always of good courage, and knowing that while we are at home in the body we are absent from the Lord—for we walk by faith, not by sight—but we are of good courage and prefer rather to be absent from the body and to be at home with the Lord.

that I may know Him and the power of His resurrection and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to His death;

Lord, by these things people live, And in all these is the life of my spirit; Restore me to health and let me live!

but put to death the Prince of life, whom God raised from the dead, a fact to which we are witnesses.

For you have died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God.When Christ, who is our life, is revealed, then you also will be revealed with Him in glory.

What was from the beginning, what we have heard, what we have seen with our eyes, what we have looked at and touched with our hands, concerning the Word of Life—and the life was revealed, and we have seen and testify and proclaim to you the eternal life, which was with the Father and was revealed to us—

For just as the Father has life in Himself, so He gave to the Son also to have life in Himself;

But I am hard pressed from both directions, having the desire to depart and be with Christ, for that is very much better;

For the fountain of life is with You; In Your light we see light.

For if by the offense of the one, death reigned through the one, much more will those who receive the abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ.So then, as through one offense the result was condemnation to all mankind, so also through one act of righteousness the result was justification of life to all mankind.For as through the one man’s disobedience the many were made sinners, so also through the obedience of the One the many will be made righteous.

And He said to him,“ Truly I say to you, today you will be with Me in Paradise.”

The Spirit and the bride say,“ Come.” And let the one who hears say,“ Come.” And let the one who is thirsty come; let the one who desires, take the water of life without cost.

Jesus* said to him,“ I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father except through Me.

And the devil who deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are also; and they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.Then I saw a great white throne and Him who sat upon it, from whose presence earth and heaven fled, and no place was found for them.And I saw the dead, the great and the small, standing before the throne, and books were opened; and another book was opened, which is the book of life; and the dead were judged from the things which were written in the books, according to their deeds.And the sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades gave up the dead who were in them; and they were judged, each one of them according to their deeds.Then Death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. This is the second death, the lake of fire.And if anyone’s name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.

And he showed me a river of the water of life, clear as crystal, coming from the throne of God and of the Lamb,

it is sown in dishonor, it is raised in glory; it is sown in weakness, it is raised in power;it is sown a natural body, it is raised a spiritual body. If there is a natural body, there is also a spiritual body.So also it is written:“ The first man, Adam, became a living person.” The last Adam was a life giving spirit.However, the spiritual is not first, but the natural; then the spiritual.The first man is from the earth, earthy; the second man is from heaven.As is the earthy one, so also are those who are earthy; and as is the heavenly one, so also are those who are heavenly.Just as we have borne the image of the earthy, we will also bear the image of the heavenly.Now I say this, brothers and sisters, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; nor does the perishable inherit the imperishable.Behold, I am telling you a mystery; we will not all sleep, but we will all be changed,in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet; for the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed.For this perishable must put on the imperishable, and this mortal must put on immortality.But when this perishable puts on the imperishable, and this mortal puts on immortality, then will come about the saying that is written:“ Death has been swallowed up in victory.Where, O Death, is your victory? Where, O Death, is your sting?”The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the Law;but thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Then also those who have fallen asleep in Christ have perished.

( as it is written:“ I have made you a father of many nations”) in the presence of Him whom he believed, that is, God, who gives life to the dead and calls into being things that do not exist.

For otherwise, what will those do who are baptized for the dead? If the dead are not raised at all, why then are they baptized for them?

But the fact is, Christ has been raised from the dead, the first fruits of those who are asleep.For since by a man death came, by a man also came the resurrection of the dead.For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ all will be made alive.But each in his own order: Christ the first fruits, after that those who are Christ’s at His coming,then comes the end, when He hands over the kingdom to our God and Father, when He has abolished all rule and all authority and power.For He must reign until He has put all His enemies under His feet.The last enemy that will be abolished is death.

knowing that He who raised the Lord Jesus will also raise us with Jesus, and will present us with you.
