今予既行之、爾曹縱不置信於予、亦應置信於事蹟。事蹟者、所以使爾曹了悟父之在予、予之在父云耳。』

耶穌對他們說：“我已經告訴你們，你們卻不相信；我奉我父的名所作的事，可以為我作證。

他夜間來到耶穌那裡，對他說：“拉比，我們知道你是從神那裡來的教師，因為如果沒有神同在，你所行的這些神蹟，就沒有人能行。”

“以色列人哪，請聽聽這幾句話：正如你們所知道的，神已經藉著拿撒勒人耶穌在你們中間施行了大能、奇事、神蹟，向你們證明他是神所立的。

我與父原為一。”

耶穌說：“腓力，我跟你們在一起這麼久了，你還不認識我嗎？那看見了我的就是看見了父，你怎麼還說‘把父顯示給我們’呢？你不信我是在父裡面，父是在我裡面嗎？我對你們說的話，不是憑著自己說的，而是住在我裡面的父作他自己的事。你們應當信我是在父裡面，父是在我裡面；不然，也要因我所作的而相信。

使他們都合而為一，像父你在我裡面，我在你裡面一樣；使他們也在我們裡面，讓世人相信你差了我來。你賜給我的榮耀，我已經賜給了他們，使他們合而為一，像我們合而為一。我在他們裡面，你在我裡面，使他們完完全全合而為一，讓世人知道你差了我來，並且知道你愛他們，好像愛我一樣。

但我有比約翰更大的見證，因為父賜給我要我完成的工作，就是我所要作的，證明我是父所差來的。

當時彼得被聖靈充滿，對他們說：“民眾的領袖和長老啊！我們今天受審，如果是為了在那殘疾人身上所行的善事，就是這個人怎麼會好的，那麼，你們各位和以色列全民都應當知道，站在你們面前這人好了，是因拿撒勒人耶穌基督的名。這位耶穌基督，你們把他釘死在十字架上，神卻使他從死人中復活。這耶穌是你們‘建築工人所棄的石頭，成了房角的主要石頭。’除了他以外，別無拯救，因為在天下人間，沒有賜下別的名，我們可以靠著得救。”

我不再在這世上，他們卻在這世上，我要到你那裡去。聖父啊，求你因你賜給我的名，保守他們，使他們合而為一，好像我們一樣。
