The one who sent me doesn’t want me to lose anyone he has given me. He wants me to raise them up on the last day.My Father wants all who look to the Son and believe in him to have eternal life. I will raise them up on the last day.”

Everyone the Father gives me will come to me. I will never send away anyone who comes to me.

People now come to God through him. And he is able to save them completely and for all time. Jesus lives forever. He prays for them.

Then everyone who believes may have eternal life in him.”God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son. Anyone who believes in him will not die but will have eternal life.

God planned that those he had chosen would become like his Son. In that way, Christ will be the first and most honored among many brothers and sisters.

But no weapon used against you will succeed. People might bring charges against you. But you will prove that they are wrong. Those are the things I do for my servants. I make everything right for them,” announces the Lord.

This happened so that the words Jesus had spoken would come true. He had said,“ I have not lost anyone God has given me.”( John 6:39)

You gave him authority over all people. He gives eternal life to all those you have given him.

God began a good work in you. And I am sure that he will carry it on until it is completed. That will be on the day Christ Jesus returns.

And here is what God has promised us. He has promised us eternal life.

Those who belong to Christ Jesus are no longer under God’s judgment.

Give praise to the God who is able to keep you from falling into sin. He will bring you into his heavenly glory without any fault. He will bring you there with great joy.

But anyone who drinks the water I give them will never be thirsty. In fact, the water I give them will become a spring of water in them. It will flow up into eternal life.”

These enemies left our community of believers. They didn’t really belong to us. If they had belonged to us, they would have remained with us. But by leaving they showed that none of them belonged to us.

“ What I’m about to tell you is true. Anyone who hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life. They will not be judged. They have crossed over from death to life.

And by doing these things, remain in God’s love as you wait. You are waiting for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to bring you eternal life.

I’m writing these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God. I’m writing so you will know that you have eternal life.Here is what we can be sure of when we come to God in prayer. If we ask anything in keeping with what he wants, he hears us.If we know that God hears what we ask for, we know that we have it.Suppose you see any brother or sister commit a sin. But this sin is not the kind that leads to death. Then you should pray, and God will give them life. I’m talking about someone whose sin does not lead to death. But there is a sin that does lead to death. I’m not saying you should pray about that sin.Every wrong thing we do is sin. But there are sins that do not lead to death.We know that those who are children of God do not keep on sinning. The Son of God keeps them safe. The evil one can’t harm them.We know that we are children of God. We know that the whole world is under the control of the evil one.We also know that the Son of God has come. He has given us understanding. So we can know the God who is true. And we belong to the true God by belonging to his Son, Jesus Christ. He is the true God and eternal life.

Through faith you are kept safe by God’s power. Your salvation is going to be completed. It is ready to be shown to you in the last days.

I will not remain in the world any longer. But they are still in the world, and I am coming to you. Holy Father, keep them safe by the power of your name. It is the name you gave me. Keep them safe so they can be one, just as you and I are one.While I was with them, I guarded them. I kept them safe through the name you gave me. None of them has been lost, except the one who was headed for ruin. It happened so that Scripture would come true.

You died. Now your life is hidden with Christ in God.Christ is your life. When he appears again, you also will appear with him in heaven’s glory.

Who can bring any charge against God’s chosen ones? God makes us right with himself.Then who can sentence us to death? No one. Christ Jesus is at the right hand of God and is also praying for us. He died. More than that, he was raised to life.Who can separate us from Christ’s love? Can trouble or hard times or harm or hunger? Can nakedness or danger or war?It is written,“ Because of you, we face death all day long. We are considered as sheep to be killed.”( Psalm 44:22)No! In all these things we are more than winners! We owe it all to Christ, who has loved us.I am absolutely sure that not even death or life can separate us from God’s love. Not even angels or demons, the present or the future, or any powers can separate us.Not even the highest places or the lowest, or anything else in all creation can separate us. Nothing at all can ever separate us from God’s love. That’s because of what Christ Jesus our Lord has done.

“ Simon, Simon! Satan has asked to sift all of you disciples like wheat.But I have prayed for you, Simon. I have prayed that your faith will not fail. When you have turned back, help your brothers to be strong.”

But the Lord’ s love for those who have respect for him lasts for ever and ever. Their children’s children will know that he always does what is right.He always loves those who keep his covenant. He always does what is right for those who remember to obey his commands.

Jesus said to her,“ I am the resurrection and the life. Anyone who believes in me will live, even if they die.

But the Lord will save Israel. He will save them forever. They will never be put to shame or dishonored. That will be true for all time to come.

Lord, I’m sure you love your people. All the holy ones are in your hands. At your feet all of them bow down. And you teach them.

Brothers and sisters, we should always thank God for you. The Lord loves you. That’s because God chose you as the first to be saved. Salvation comes through the Holy Spirit’s work. He makes people holy. It also comes through believing the truth.

The Lord appeared to us in the past. He said,“ I have loved you with a love that lasts forever. I have kept on loving you with a kindness that never fails.

Even if godly people fall down seven times, they always get up. But those who are evil trip and fall when trouble comes.

I, Jude, am writing this letter. I serve Jesus Christ. I am a brother of James. I am sending this letter to you who have been chosen by God. You are loved by God the Father. You are kept safe for Jesus Christ.

They will not need to teach their neighbor anymore. And they will not need to teach one another anymore. They will not need to say,‘ Know the Lord.’ That’s because everyone will know me. From the least important of them to the most important, all of them will know me,” announces the Lord.“ I will forgive their evil ways. I will not remember their sins anymore.”

Do not work for food that spoils. Work for food that lasts forever. That is the food the Son of Man will give you. For God the Father has put his seal of approval on him.”

But for that very reason, God showed me mercy. And I am the worst of sinners. He showed me mercy so that Christ Jesus could show that he is very patient. I was an example for those who would come to believe in him. Then they would receive eternal life.

One man sinned, and death ruled over all people because of his sin. What will happen is even more sure than this. Those who receive the rich supply of God’s grace will rule with Christ. They will rule in his kingdom. They have received God’s gift and have been made right with him. This will happen because of what the one man, Jesus Christ, has done.

Through faith in Jesus we have received God’s grace. In that grace we stand. We are full of joy because we expect to share in God’s glory.

While the members of the Sanhedrin were throwing stones at Stephen, he prayed.“ Lord Jesus, receive my spirit,” he said.

Sin ruled and brought death. But grace rules in the lives of those who are right with God. The grace of God brings eternal life. That’s because of what Jesus Christ our Lord has done.

But godly people will keep doing what is right. Those who have clean hands will grow stronger.

That’s why I’m suffering the way I am. But this gives me no reason to be ashamed. That’s because I know who I have believed in. I am sure he is able to take care of what I have given him. I can trust him with it until the day he returns as judge.

The Lord loves those who are honest. He will not desert those who are faithful to him. Those who do wrong will be completely destroyed. The children of sinners will die.

He guards the paths of his faithful servants. But evil people will lie silent in their dark graves.“ People don’t win just because they are strong.

When you sin, the pay you get is death. But God gives you the gift of eternal life. That’s because of what Christ Jesus our Lord has done.

Into your hands I commit my very life. Lord, set me free. You are my faithful God.

I will make a covenant with them that will last forever. I promise that I will never stop doing good to them. I will cause them to respect me. Then they will never turn away from me again.

The path of those who do right is like the sun in the morning. It shines brighter and brighter until the full light of day.

The blood of Christ has made us right with God. So we are even more sure that Jesus will save us from God’s anger.

Before long, the world will not see me anymore. But you will see me. Because I live, you will live also.

Those who trust in the Lord are like Mount Zion. They will always be secure. They will last forever.Like the mountains around Jerusalem, the Lord is all around his people both now and forever.

Simon Peter answered him,“ Lord, who can we go to? You have the words of eternal life.

Jesus called out in a loud voice,“ Father, into your hands I commit my life.” After he said this, he took his last breath.

What I’m about to tell you is true. Everyone who believes has life forever.

Anyone who believes in the Son has eternal life. Anyone who does not believe in the Son will not have life. God’s anger remains on them.”

False messiahs and false prophets will appear. They will do signs and miracles. They will try to fool God’s chosen people if possible.

Listen and come to me. Pay attention to me. Then you will live. I will make a covenant with you that will last forever. I will give you my faithful love. I promised it to David.

You study the Scriptures carefully. You study them because you think they will give you eternal life. The Scriptures you study are a witness about me.But you refuse to come to me and receive life.
