Jesus answered them, I told you, and ye believed not: the works that I do in my Father’s name, they bear witness of me.

耶稣回答：“我告诉过你们，你们却不相信。我奉我父的名所行的这些事为我做见证；

耶穌回答說：「我已經告訴你們，你們不信。我奉我父之名所行的事可以為我作見證；

耶穌曰、我曾告爾、而爾弗信、我以父名而行者證我矣、

耶穌曰、我曾告爾、我託父名行者、可為我證、而爾不信、

耶穌曰、我曾告爾、而爾不信、我託我父之名所行之事、為我作證、

耶穌曰：『予昔已告爾、而爾不之信也。予因吾父之名、所行諸事、已足為予證明、

Jesus answered,“ I did tell you, but you do not believe. The works I do in my Father’s name testify about me,

Jesus answered,“ I did tell you. But you do not believe. The works that I do in my Father’s name are a witness for me.

Jesus answered them,“ I told you, and you do not believe. The works that I do in my Father’s name bear witness about me,

Jesus replied,“ I have already told you, and you don’t believe me. The proof is the work I do in my Father’s name.

“ I did tell you and you don’t believe,” Jesus answered them.“ The works that I do in my Father’s name testify about me.

Jesus answered them,“ I told you, and you do not believe; the works that I do in My Father’s name, these testify of Me.

Jesus replied,“ I told you and you do not believe. The deeds I do in my Father’s name testify about me.

Jesus answered them,“ I told you, and you don’t believe. The works that I do in my Father’s name, these testify about me.

But if I do, though ye believe not me, believe the works: that ye may know, and believe, that the Father[ is] in me, and I in him.

Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am.

But Jesus answered them, My Father worketh hitherto, and I work.Therefore the Jews sought the more to kill him, because he not only had broken the sabbath, but said also that God was his Father, making himself equal with God.Then answered Jesus and said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do: for what things soever he doeth, these also doeth the Son likewise.For the Father loveth the Son, and sheweth him all things that himself doeth: and he will shew him greater works than these, that ye may marvel.For as the Father raiseth up the dead, and quickeneth[ them]; even so the Son quickeneth whom he will.For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son:That all[ men] should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father. He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent him.Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live.For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself;And hath given him authority to execute judgment also, because he is the Son of man.Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice,And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me.If I bear witness of myself, my witness is not true.There is another that beareth witness of me; and I know that the witness which he witnesseth of me is true.Ye sent unto John, and he bare witness unto the truth.But I receive not testimony from man: but these things I say, that ye might be saved.He was a burning and a shining light: and ye were willing for a season to rejoice in his light.But I have greater witness than[ that] of John: for the works which the Father hath given me to finish, the same works that I do, bear witness of me, that the Father hath sent me.And the Father himself, which hath sent me, hath borne witness of me. Ye have neither heard his voice at any time, nor seen his shape.And ye have not his word abiding in you: for whom he hath sent, him ye believe not.Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life.I receive not honour from men.But I know you, that ye have not the love of God in you.I am come in my Father’s name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive.

Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.

Believe me that I[ am] in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works’ sake.

The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him.

Then gathered the chief priests and the Pharisees a council, and said, What do we? for this man doeth many miracles.

And many of the people believed on him, and said, When Christ cometh, will he do more miracles than these which this[ man] hath done?

I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am[ he], ye shall die in your sins.

And many other signs truly did Jesus in the presence of his disciples, which are not written in this book:

How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard[ him];

How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.

Ye men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know:

Jesus answered them, Many good works have I shewed you from my Father; for which of those works do ye stone me?

But though he had done so many miracles before them, yet they believed not on him:
