When Jesus saw Nathanael approaching, he said of him,“ Here truly is an Israelite in whom there is no deceit.”

這不是說神的話落了空。因為從以色列生的不都是以色列人，

耶和華不算為有罪，內心沒有詭詐的人有福了！

神實在恩待以色列那些清心的人！

耶穌對信他的猶太人說：「你們若繼續遵守我的道，就真是我的門徒了。

他們是以色列人，那兒子的名分、榮耀、諸約、律法的頒佈、敬拜的禮儀、應許都是給他們的。

在他們口中找不出謊言，他們是沒有瑕疵的。

所以，你們要除去一切的惡毒，一切詭詐、假善、嫉妒，和一切毀謗的話。

因為真受割禮的，就是我們這藉着神的靈敬拜、以基督耶穌為誇耀、不依靠肉體的。

他們回答耶穌：「我們的父是亞伯拉罕。」耶穌對他們說：「你們若是亞伯拉罕的兒女，就會做亞伯拉罕所做的事。

因為外表是猶太人的不是真猶太人；外表肉身的割禮也不是真割禮。惟有內心作猶太人的才是真猶太人，真割禮也是心裏的，在乎聖靈，不在乎儀文。這樣的人所受的稱讚不是從人來的，而是從神來的。

「他並沒有犯罪，口裏也沒有詭詐。」
