Philip found Nathanael and said to him,“ We have found Him of whom Moses in the law, and also the prophets, wrote— Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph.”

腓力遇拿但業曰、摩西律及先知所載者、我儕已遇之、即約瑟之子、拿撒勒人耶穌也、

斐理伯遇納大那、告之曰：『摩西書及諸先知所預言者、我儕今已遇之、即若瑟之子、納匝勒人耶穌是已。』

Philip found Nathanael and told him,“ We have found the one Moses wrote about in the Law, and about whom the prophets also wrote— Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph.”

Philip found Nathanael and told him,“ We have found the one whom Moses wrote about in the Law. The prophets also wrote about him. He is Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph.”

Philip found Nathanael and said to him,“ We have found him of whom Moses in the Law and also the prophets wrote, Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph.”

Philip went to look for Nathanael and told him,“ We have found the very person Moses and the prophets wrote about! His name is Jesus, the son of Joseph from Nazareth.”

Philip found Nathanael and told him,“ We have found the one Moses wrote about in the law( and so did the prophets): Jesus the son of Joseph, from Nazareth.”

Philip* found Nathanael and* said to him,“ We have found Him of whom Moses wrote in the Law, and the prophets also wrote: Jesus the son of Joseph, from Nazareth!”

Philip findeth Nathanael, and saith unto him, We have found him, of whom Moses in the law, and the prophets, wrote, Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph.

Philip found Nathanael and told him,“ We have found the One Moses wrote about in the Law( and so did the prophets): Jesus the son of Joseph, from Nazareth!”

Philip found Nathanael, and said to him,“ We have found him, of whom Moses in the law, and the prophets, wrote: Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph.”

I will raise up for them a Prophet like you from among their brethren, and will put My words in His mouth, and He shall speak to them all that I command Him.And it shall be that whoever will not hear My words, which He speaks in My name, I will require it of him.But the prophet who presumes to speak a word in My name, which I have not commanded him to speak, or who speaks in the name of other gods, that prophet shall die.’And if you say in your heart,‘ How shall we know the word which the Lord has not spoken?’—when a prophet speaks in the name of the Lord, if the thing does not happen or come to pass, that is the thing which the Lord has not spoken; the prophet has spoken it presumptuously; you shall not be afraid of him.

And beginning at Moses and all the Prophets, He expounded to them in all the Scriptures the things concerning Himself.

Then He said to them,“ These are the words which I spoke to you while I was still with you, that all things must be fulfilled which were written in the Law of Moses and the Prophets and the Psalms concerning Me.”

And he came and dwelt in a city called Nazareth, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophets,“ He shall be called a Nazarene.”

So all bore witness to Him, and marveled at the gracious words which proceeded out of His mouth. And they said,“ Is this not Joseph’s son?”

So the multitudes said,“ This is Jesus, the prophet from Nazareth of Galilee.”

Do not think that I shall accuse you to the Father; there is one who accuses you— Moses, in whom you trust.For if you believed Moses, you would believe Me; for he wrote about Me.

Simon Peter, Thomas called the Twin, Nathanael of Cana in Galilee, the sons of Zebedee, and two others of His disciples were together.

Then He asked them again,“ Whom are you seeking?” And they said,“ Jesus of Nazareth.”

“ But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, Though you are little among the thousands of Judah, Yet out of you shall come forth to Me The One to be Ruler in Israel, Whose goings forth are from of old, From everlasting.”

Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a Son, and shall call His name Immanuel.

For He shall grow up before Him as a tender plant, And as a root out of dry ground. He has no form or comeliness; And when we see Him, There is no beauty that we should desire Him.

The scepter shall not depart from Judah, Nor a lawgiver from between his feet, Until Shiloh comes; And to Him shall be the obedience of the people.

“ Men of Israel, hear these words: Jesus of Nazareth, a Man attested by God to you by miracles, wonders, and signs which God did through Him in your midst, as you yourselves also know—

“ Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion! Shout, O daughter of Jerusalem! Behold, your King is coming to you; He is just and having salvation, Lowly and riding on a donkey, A colt, the foal of a donkey.

In that day the Branch of the Lord shall be beautiful and glorious; And the fruit of the earth shall be excellent and appealing For those of Israel who have escaped.

Now Jesus Himself began His ministry at about thirty years of age, being( as was supposed) the son of Joseph, the son of Heli,

Now Pilate wrote a title and put it on the cross. And the writing was: JESUS OF NAZARETH, THE KING OF THE JEWS.

how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him.

They answered Him,“ Jesus of Nazareth.” Jesus said to them,“ I am He.” And Judas, who betrayed Him, also stood with them.

Is this not the carpenter, the Son of Mary, and brother of James, Joses, Judas, and Simon? And are not His sisters here with us?” So they were offended at Him.

For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given; And the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judea, to the city of David, which is called Bethlehem, because he was of the house and lineage of David,

And I will put enmity Between you and the woman, And between your seed and her Seed; He shall bruise your head, And you shall bruise His heel.”

And Nathanael said to him,“ Can anything good come out of Nazareth?” Philip said to him,“ Come and see.”Jesus saw Nathanael coming toward Him, and said of him,“ Behold, an Israelite indeed, in whom is no deceit!”Nathanael said to Him,“ How do You know me?” Jesus answered and said to him,“ Before Philip called you, when you were under the fig tree, I saw you.”

In your seed all the nations of the earth shall be blessed, because you have obeyed My voice.”

And when she saw Peter warming himself, she looked at him and said,“ You also were with Jesus of Nazareth.”

Then Peter said,“ Silver and gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk.”

So I answered,‘ Who are You, Lord?’ And He said to me,‘ I am Jesus of Nazareth, whom you are persecuting.’

Is this not the carpenter’s son? Is not His mother called Mary? And His brothers James, Joses, Simon, and Judas?

Then speak to him, saying,‘ Thus says the Lord of hosts, saying:“ Behold, the Man whose name is the BRANCH! From His place He shall branch out, And He shall build the temple of the Lord;

And they said,“ Is not this Jesus, the son of Joseph, whose father and mother we know? How is it then that He says,‘ I have come down from heaven’?”

“ Indeed, I myself thought I must do many things contrary to the name of Jesus of Nazareth.
