他們卻強留他，說：「時候晚了，日頭已經平西了，請你同我們住下吧！」耶穌就進去，要同他們住下。

凡勞苦擔重擔的人可以到我這裏來，我就使你們得安息。我心裏柔和謙卑，你們當負我的軛，學我的樣式；這樣，你們心裏就必得享安息。因為我的軛是容易的，我的擔子是輕省的。」

愛我的，我也愛他；懇切尋求我的，必尋得見。

拿但業對他說：「拿撒勒還能出甚麼好的嗎？」腓力說：「你來看！」

於是撒馬利亞人來見耶穌，求他在他們那裏住下，他便在那裏住了兩天。

凡父所賜給我的人必到我這裏來；到我這裏來的，我總不丟棄他。

保羅在自己所租的房子裏住了足足兩年。凡來見他的人，他全都接待，放膽傳講神國的道，將主耶穌基督的事教導人，並沒有人禁止。

猶大（不是加略人猶大）問耶穌說：「主啊，為甚麼要向我們顯現，不向世人顯現呢？」耶穌回答說：「人若愛我，就必遵守我的道；我父也必愛他，並且我們要到他那裏去，與他同住。
