That is, I will punish the Egyptians, the Judeans, the Edomites, the Ammonites, the Moabites, and all the desert people who cut their hair short at the temples. I will do so because none of the people of those nations are really circumcised in the Lord’ s sight. Moreover, none of the people of Israel are circumcised when it comes to their hearts.”

The burden of Babylon, which Isaiah the son of Amoz did see.Set ye up an ensign upon the bare mountain, lift up the voice unto them, wave the hand, that they may go into the gates of the nobles.I have commanded my consecrated ones, yea, I have called my mighty men for mine anger, even my proudly exulting ones.The noise of a multitude in the mountains, as of a great people! the noise of a tumult of the kingdoms of the nations gathered together! And Jehovah thy God will circumcise thy heart, and the heart of thy seed, to love Jehovah thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, that thou mayest live.

Thus saith the Lord Jehovah, No foreigner, uncircumcised in heart and uncircumcised in flesh, shall enter into my sanctuary, of any foreigners that are among the children of Israel.
