我听见祂对其余的人说：“你们要跟随他走遍全城，毫不留情地杀戮，将男女老幼全部杀尽，但你们不能伤害额上有记号的。你们要从圣所开始。”于是他们首先杀了殿前的众长老。

亲属抬出尸体焚烧时，必问内屋的人：“你那里还有别人吗？”那人必回答：“没有。”问的人必说：“不要作声，我们不可提耶和华的名。”看啊，耶和华一声令下，大屋顿成瓦砾，小房化为碎片。

“人子啊，你要拍掌对他们说预言，你要拿刀挥舞两三次，预示这刀要从四面八方大肆杀戮，使他们吓得肝胆俱裂，许多人倒在家门口。我已赐下这亮如闪电的刀，用来杀戮。
