在便欣嫩谷、築陀法崇丘、焚獻子女、干我所禁、我深痛疾。

They have built the high places of Topheth in the Valley of Ben Hinnom to burn their sons and daughters in the fire— something I did not command, nor did it enter my mind.

The people have built the high places of Topheth in the Valley of Ben Hinnom. There they worship other gods. And there they sacrifice their children in the fire. That is something I did not command. It did not even enter my mind.

And they have built the high places of Topheth, which is in the Valley of the Son of Hinnom, to burn their sons and their daughters in the fire, which I did not command, nor did it come into my mind.

They have built pagan shrines at Topheth, the garbage dump in the valley of Ben Hinnom, and there they burn their sons and daughters in the fire. I have never commanded such a horrible deed; it never even crossed my mind to command such a thing!

又污秽欣嫩子谷的陀斐特，不许人在那里使儿女经火献给摩洛；

不可使你的儿女经火归与摩洛，也不可亵渎你神的名。我是耶和华。

又使他们的儿女经火，用占卜，行法术卖了自己，行耶和华眼中看为恶的事，惹动他的怒气。

并且在欣嫩子谷烧香，用火焚烧他的儿女，行耶和华在以色列人面前所驱逐的外邦人那可憎的事；

把自己的儿女祭祀鬼魔，流无辜人的血，就是自己儿女的血，把他们祭祀迦南的偶像，那地就被血污秽了。

去侍奉敬拜别神，或拜日头，或拜月亮，或拜天象，是主不曾吩咐的；

并且你将给我所生的儿女焚献给他。

耶和华对摩西说：“你还要晓谕以色列人说：凡以色列人，或是在以色列中寄居的外人，把自己的儿女献给摩洛的，总要治死他；本地人要用石头把他打死。我也要向那人变脸，把他从民中剪除；因为他把儿女献给摩洛，玷污我的圣所，亵渎我的圣名。那人把儿女献给摩洛，本地人若佯为不见，不把他治死，我就要向这人和他的家变脸，把他和一切随他与摩洛行邪淫的人都从民中剪除。

并在欣嫩子谷使他的儿女经火，又观兆，用法术，行邪术，立交鬼的和行巫术的，多行耶和华眼中看为恶的事，惹动他的怒气，

你不可向耶和华你的神这样行，因为他们向他们的神行了耶和华所憎嫌所恨恶的一切事，甚至将自己的儿女用火焚烧，献与他们的神。

又建筑巴力的邱坛，好在火中焚烧自己的儿子，作为燔祭献给巴力。这不是我所吩咐的，不是我所提说的，也不是我心所起的意。耶和华说：因此，日子将到，这地方不再称为陀斐特和欣嫩子谷，反倒称为杀戮谷。

出去到欣嫩子谷、哈珥西的门口那里，宣告我所吩咐你的话，

又将邱坛的祭司都杀在坛上，并在坛上烧人的骨头，就回耶路撒冷去了。

上到欣嫩子谷，贴近耶布斯的南界（耶布斯就是耶路撒冷）；又上到欣嫩谷西边的山顶，就是在利乏音谷极北的边界；
