其邑之邪惡洶洶、若泉水之洶湧、強暴酷虐、聞於其中、殘賊傷害之事、常於我前、

As a well pours out its water, so she pours out her wickedness. Violence and destruction resound in her; her sickness and wounds are ever before me.

Wells keep giving fresh water. And Jerusalem keeps on sinning. Its people are always fighting and causing trouble. When I look at them, I see nothing but sickness and wounds.

As a well keeps its water fresh, so she keeps fresh her evil; violence and destruction are heard within her; sickness and wounds are ever before me.

She spouts evil like a fountain. Her streets echo with the sounds of violence and destruction. I always see her sickness and sores.

斯土之民、尚殺戮、行刧奪、遍於邑郊、故當作鐵索。以為被擄之兆、

彼居心殘暴、勃然以興、責彼惡徒、所有群眾、靡有孑遺、哭之者迄無一人、

如我傳耶和華之命、呼告斯民、必遭強據、必見俘囚、斯民也侮予欺予、靡有已時。

惟彼作惡之徒、若波濤激濁、翻騰莫遏、

祝與詛、均由口出、兄弟乎勿如是、譬彼源泉、其甘苦能共一穴乎、兄弟試思無花果樹、能生橄欖乎、葡萄樹、能生無花果乎、水之鹹淡、不並出一源、亦若是、

我曰、雅各之長者、以色列族之士師、宜聽我言、聽訟之理、非爾所當知乎、惟爾惡善好惡、剝人之皮、刳人之肉、惟餘骨骸、爾去我民之皮、而噬其肉、折其骨割之為臠、投之鼎鑊、

爾當言、主耶和華曰、斯邑之民、殺人無度、作諸偶像、污衊其身、今降災之日已至矣。爾殺人作偶像、自取罪戾、自玷厥身、禍患之日伊邇、我使列邦異族、咸姍笑爾、邑民作亂、臭名播於四方、遐邇之人、無不譏刺。以色列牧伯、居於爾中、竭力殺人、斯邑之人、藐視父母、凌侮旅人、強暴孤寡。藐視聖物、犯安息日。揚虛誕以殺人、食岡巒之祭品、行諸淫亂、烝父繼室、妻癸水至、與之同寢、淫人之妻、亂子婦、淫姊妹、受賄以殺人、取利追索、棄我耶和華。

操存此心、生命以立。

雅各家之長者、以色列族之士師、疾仁義、反公平者、宜聽我言、爾曹行惡殺人、得其貨財、以建郇邑、及耶路撒冷、長者聽訟、為納苞苴、祭司訓民、惟望賞賚、先知圖利、而言未來事、然眾恃耶和華自謂耶和華左右我、必不遘災、故緣爾故、人將耕郇邑之地、盡成田疇、耶路撒冷悉變瓦礫、斯殿之山將為林藪。

邑民殺人、血跡現於石上、不瘞於土、

斯民偃息在床、猶謀不軌、迨至黎明、凡力可以勝、則無不為、其禍必不遠矣。彼貪人田廬、而強據之、人與第宅、及凡所有、俱遭暴虐、

自古以來、我民之害、同於敵人、戰鬥而歸之士、自以為安居無恐、不知我民將解其外服、去其裹衣、我民之婦有美宅、為爾所逐、我賜其子以麗服、為爾所褫、爾行穢濁、污衊斯土、故不得安居、當往他方、遭禍不淺、

敵人在城、強暴相爭、予求上主、翦滅是行、撓亂其謀、使之弗成兮、維彼晝夜、巡行邑垣、中有強悍、殘害人民、逵衢之間、恆有惡黨、或行詭譎、或尚詐偽。
