For thus hath the LORD of hosts said, Hew ye down trees, and cast a mount against Jerusalem: this[ is] the city to be visited; she[ is] wholly oppression in the midst of her.

因为万军之耶和华如此说：“你们要砍伐树木，筑垒攻打耶路撒冷。这就是那该罚的城，其中尽是欺压。

万军之耶和华说：“你们要砍伐树木，修筑高台围攻耶路撒冷，因为这城充满压迫，该受惩罚。

因为万军之耶和华这样说：“砍下她的树木，筑垒攻打耶路撒冷；她是那该受惩罚的城，其中尽是欺压的事。

因為萬軍之耶和華如此說：你們要砍伐樹木，築壘攻打耶路撒冷。這就是那該罰的城，其中盡是欺壓。

萬軍之耶和華如此說：「你們要砍伐樹木，建土堆攻打耶路撒冷，就是那該受罰的城，其中盡是欺壓。

萬軍之耶和華說：「你們要砍伐樹木，修築高臺圍攻耶路撒冷，因為這城充滿壓迫，該受懲罰。

因為萬軍之耶和華這樣說：“砍下她的樹木，築壘攻打耶路撒冷；她是那該受懲罰的城，其中盡是欺壓的事。

因為萬軍之永恆主這麼說：『你們要砍伐樹木，倒土堆攻打耶路撒冷，就是該受察罰的城，其中盡是欺壓。

萬軍之耶和華云、伐木築壘、以攻耶路撒冷、其中充斥苛虐、乃宜罰之邑也、

萬有之主耶和華曰、耶路撒冷人、強暴特甚、當降以災、代木築壘以環攻、

萬有之主如是云、爾曹當伐木築壘以攻耶路撒冷、此邑充以強暴、自當受災、

This is what the Lord Almighty says:“ Cut down the trees and build siege ramps against Jerusalem. This city must be punished; it is filled with oppression.

The Lord who rules over all speaks to the Babylonians. He says,“ Cut down some trees. Use the wood to build ramps against Jerusalem’s walls. I must punish that city. It is filled with people who treat others badly.

For thus says the Lord of hosts:“ Cut down her trees; cast up a siege mound against Jerusalem. This is the city that must be punished; there is nothing but oppression within her.

This is what the Lord of Heaven’s Armies says:“ Cut down the trees for battering rams. Build siege ramps against the walls of Jerusalem. This is the city to be punished, for she is wicked through and through.

For this is what the LORD of Armies says: Cut down the trees; raise a siege ramp against Jerusalem. This city must be punished. There is nothing but oppression within her.

For this is what the Lord of armies says:“ Cut down her trees And pile up an assault ramp against Jerusalem. This is the city to be punished, In whose midst there is only oppression.

For thus has the Lord of hosts said:“ Cut down trees, And build a mound against Jerusalem. This is the city to be punished. She is full of oppression in her midst.

For thus hath Jehovah of hosts said, Hew ye down trees, and cast up a mound against Jerusalem: this is the city to be visited; she is wholly oppression in the midst of her.

For this is what the Lord of Hosts says: Cut down the trees; raise a siege ramp against Jerusalem. This city must be punished. There is nothing but oppression within her.

All of this is because the LORD who rules over all has said:‘ Cut down the trees around Jerusalem and build up a siege ramp against its walls. This is the city which is to be punished. Nothing but oppression happens in it.

For Yahweh of Armies said,“ Cut down trees, and cast up a mound against Jerusalem. This is the city to be visited. She is wholly oppression within herself.

When thou shalt besiege a city a long time, in making war against it to take it, thou shalt not destroy the trees thereof by forcing an axe against them: for thou mayest eat of them, and thou shalt not cut them down( for the tree of the field[ is] man’s[ life]) to employ[ them] in the siege:Only the trees which thou knowest that they[ be] not trees for meat, thou shalt destroy and cut them down; and thou shalt build bulwarks against the city that maketh war with thee, until it be subdued.

Behold the mounts, they are come unto the city to take it; and the city is given into the hand of the Chaldeans, that fight against it, because of the sword, and of the famine, and of the pestilence: and what thou hast spoken is come to pass; and, behold, thou seest[ it].
