我要向誰說話，而發警告，使他們聽呢？看哪，他們的耳朵沒受割禮，不能傾聽；看哪，永恆主的話、他們以為羞辱，不喜悅它。

我將與誰言以警之、使之聞乎、其耳未潔、致不能聽、耶和華之言、彼視為辱、不以為悅、

我將與誰言、使之聽命、彼充耳不聽、彼姍笑我命、不以為悅。

To whom can I speak and give warning? Who will listen to me? Their ears are closed so they cannot hear. The word of the Lord is offensive to them; they find no pleasure in it.

Who can I speak to? Who can I warn? Who will even listen to me? Their ears are closed so they can’t hear. The Lord’ s message displeases them. They don’t take any delight in it.

To whom shall I speak and give warning, that they may hear? Behold, their ears are uncircumcised, they cannot listen; behold, the word of the Lord is to them an object of scorn; they take no pleasure in it.

To whom can I give warning? Who will listen when I speak? Their ears are closed, and they cannot hear. They scorn the word of the Lord. They don’t want to listen at all.

Who can I speak to and give such a warning that they will listen? Look, their ear is uncircumcised, so they cannot pay attention. See, the word of the LORD has become contemptible to them— they find no pleasure in it.

To whom shall I speak and give warning, That they may hear? Behold, their ears are closed And they cannot listen. Behold, the word of the Lord has become for them a rebuke; They take no delight in it.

To whom shall I speak and give warning, That they may hear? Indeed their ear is uncircumcised, And they cannot give heed. Behold, the word of the Lord is a reproach to them; They have no delight in it.

To whom shall I speak and testify, that they may hear? behold, their ear is uncircumcised, and they cannot hearken: behold, the word of Jehovah is become unto them a reproach; they have no delight in it.

Who can I speak to and give such a warning that they will listen? Look, their ear is uncircumcised, so they cannot pay attention. See, the word of the Lord has become contemptible to them— they find no pleasure in it.

To whom shall I speak, and give warning, that they may hear? behold, their ear[ is] uncircumcised, and they cannot hearken: behold, the word of the LORD is unto them a reproach; they have no delight in it.

I answered,“ Who would listen if I spoke to them and warned them? Their ears are so closed that they cannot hear! Indeed, what the LORD says is offensive to them. They do not like it at all.

To whom should I speak and testify, that they may hear? Behold, their ear is uncircumcised, and they can’t listen. Behold, Yahweh’s word has become a reproach to them. They have no delight in it.

言曰、爾強項、心不悟、耳不聰之人、恆逆聖神、爾祖如是、爾曹亦如是、

竟不領命、不傾耳以聽、乃強厥項、行惡甚於其列祖、

摩西於主前言曰、我拙於口、以色列人且不聽我、法老豈聽我乎、

我儕所傳者、我儕所傳者或作所傳於我儕者有誰信之、主之聖臂、顯示於誰、

主歟、我甚羨慕主之救恩、主之律法、使我喜樂、

如爾警戒惡人、使彼改悔、彼仍不改悔、則必死於罪、惟爾則自保自保或作救己生命、○

民論先知曰、彼欲教誰以知識、傳道於何人、我豈適斷乳離懷之孩提乎、命復一命、令復一令、誡復一誡、律復一律、在此數言、在彼數言、是故主必藉口癡之人、以異邦方言斥責斯民、主曾諭斯民曰、如欲自得平康安息、則當先使困憊者得安息、惟彼不願聽、彼以主之言為命復一命、令復一令、誡復一誡、律復一律、在此數言、在彼數言、以致彼眾前往仰傾、遭損折、陷機檻、入網羅、

主其列祖之天主因憐其民、惜其居所、日日日日原文作每晨遣使者訓誨之、彼訕笑天主之使者、藐視其言、侮辱侮辱或作譏諷其先知、故主震怒其民、不復援之、

有一教法師謂耶穌曰、師、爾言此、亦辱我儕、

我以內心悅天主之法、

蓋後必有人厭聞正道之教、喜聽悅耳之言、狥私慾而多增其師、

喜悅主之典章、不忘主之語言、○

我儕傳基督、以諸智慧勸戒各人、教誨各人、欲使各人因信基督耶穌、得以成全而立於其前、

我天主歟、我樂遵主之旨意、主之律法、存在我心、

我自謂彼貧貧或作賤者流、彼愚昧因不識主之道、不明其天主之法、不如我就貴顯人與之語、以為彼必知主之道、明其天主之法、豈知彼亦折軛斷繩、不受約束、

主之法度為我所喜悅、當作我之謀士、○

我一出言、則為哀慘之詞、所宣告、俱論敵人強暴刼奪之事、我傳主言、終日被人羞辱藐視、如我言、莫若不復題主、不復藉主名而言、則我中心如焚、如火藏於我骨中、我自煩勞、欲忍不能、

挪亞有信、蒙天主默示未見之事、遂敬畏主、而造方舟以救其家、以此罪世、且得由信之義、

然至今日、主尚未賜爾心能明、目能見、耳能聽、

彼見兵刃臨境、吹角以警民、

時祭司諸長及經士、知耶穌設喻乃指己而言、欲執之而懼民、○

約翰見法利賽與撒度該教人、亦多就己受洗、謂之曰、蝮類乎、誰示爾避將來之怒乎、

我言惡人必死、如爾不警此惡人、不以言勸戒、使彼離其惡行、以獲生命、惡人必死於罪、而其喪命之罪、我必責問於爾、而其喪命之罪我必責問於爾原文作而其血必討於爾手下同如爾警戒惡人、彼仍不悛改、不去惡事、不離惡途、則彼必死於罪、惟爾則自保生命、自保生命或作救己下同如善人離善行惡、我聽其陷罪、以致死亡、爾不戒之、必死於罪中、彼所為之善、不得記憶、而其喪命之罪、必責問於爾、如爾戒善人、勿犯罪、彼若聽戒不犯罪、必可得生、爾亦自保生命、○

曰、往哉、告斯民云、爾曹雖聽、聽而不聰、爾曹雖視、視而不明、使斯民心蒙、耳聾、目瞶、免其目視、耳聽、心悟悔改、而得醫治、

又跪而大聲呼曰、主歟、莫以此罪歸之、言畢而逝、逝原文作寢

猶大人、耶路撒冷居民歟、當於主前斷慾潔心、若受割禮、恐因爾所行之惡、我盛怒發如烈火、炎炎焚燒、無人能滅、

惟喜悅主之律法、晝夜思維、似此之人、即為有福、

願主之慈愛臨及我身、俾我生存、因主之律法為我所喜悅、

世不能惡爾、乃惡我、以我證其所行者惡也、

彼眾愚妄如油蒙心、我惟喜悅主之律法、

旁有數法利賽人聞此言、謂耶穌曰、我儕亦瞽乎、

爾曹中誰肯傾耳聽此、以後誰肯敬聽、誰使雅各遭攘奪、誰付以色列於刼掠者、豈非主乎、因我儕獲罪於主、不欲行主道、不聽從主之律法、故主以烈怒傾洩其上、使遇爭戰兇暴之事、火焚四周、火焚四周或作四周烈怒炎炎如火而猶不知、燬及其身、仍不以為念、

求主引我行主誡命之道、因此道為我所喜悅、
