Now go, write it before them on a tablet, And note it on a scroll, That it may be for time to come, Forever and ever:

“ Thus speaks the Lord God of Israel, saying:‘ Write in a book for yourself all the words that I have spoken to you.For behold, the days are coming,’ says the Lord,‘ that I will bring back from captivity My people Israel and Judah,’ says the Lord.‘ And I will cause them to return to the land that I gave to their fathers, and they shall possess it.’”

“ Take a scroll of a book and write on it all the words that I have spoken to you against Israel, against Judah, and against all the nations, from the day I spoke to you, from the days of Josiah even to this day.It may be that the house of Judah will hear all the adversities which I purpose to bring upon them, that everyone may turn from his evil way, that I may forgive their iniquity and their sin.”Then Jeremiah called Baruch the son of Neriah; and Baruch wrote on a scroll of a book, at the instruction of Jeremiah, all the words of the Lord which He had spoken to him.

Write the things which you have seen, and the things which are, and the things which will take place after this.

Moreover the Lord said to me,“ Take a large scroll, and write on it with a man’s pen concerning Maher-Shalal-Hash-Baz.And I will take for Myself faithful witnesses to record, Uriah the priest and Zechariah the son of Jeberechiah.”Then I went to the prophetess, and she conceived and bore a son. Then the Lord said to me,“ Call his name Maher-Shalal-Hash-Baz;for before the child shall have knowledge to cry‘ My father’ and‘ My mother,’ the riches of Damascus and the spoil of Samaria will be taken away before the king of Assyria.”

“ But you, Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book until the time of the end; many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall increase.”

saying,“ I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last,” and,“ What you see, write in a book and send it to the seven churches which are in Asia: to Ephesus, to Smyrna, to Pergamos, to Thyatira, to Sardis, to Philadelphia, and to Laodicea.”
