For Israel and Judah have not been forsaken by their God, the Lord Almighty, though their land is full of guilt before the Holy One of Israel.

The land of Israel and Judah is full of guilt. Its people have sinned against me. But I have not deserted them. I am their God. I am the Lord who rules over all. I am the Holy One of Israel.

For Israel and Judah have not been forsaken by their God, the Lord of hosts, but the land of the Chaldeans is full of guilt against the Holy One of Israel.

For the Lord of Heaven’s Armies has not abandoned Israel and Judah. He is still their God, even though their land was filled with sin against the Holy One of Israel.”

耶和華必擁有猶大作他在聖地的份，他必再次揀選耶路撒冷。

到那日，我必使猶大的族長們像木柴中的火盆，又像禾捆中燃燒的火把；他們將向左向右吞噬四圍所有的民族，但耶路撒冷的居民仍在耶路撒冷自己的地方居住。

因為你要左右擴展，你的後裔必占有列國為繼業，又在荒涼的城邑居住。「不要害怕，因你必不致蒙羞；不要愧疚，因你必不致受辱。你將忘記你青春時的恥辱，不再記起你寡居時的羞恥；因為造你的是你的丈夫，他的名是萬軍之耶和華；救贖你的是以色列的聖者，他被稱為全地的神。因為耶和華召喚你，像召喚被離棄、靈裡憂傷的妻子，就是年輕時所娶又被棄絕的妻子。」這是你的神說的。「我只是短暫地離棄了你，但我要以極大的憐憫招聚你；我在怒氣漲溢的時候，曾經短暫地向你掩面，但我要以永遠的慈愛憐憫你。」這是耶和華你的救贖主說的。「對於我，這就像挪亞洪水的時候——我怎樣起誓不讓挪亞洪水再次漫過大地，我也要怎樣起誓不對你發怒，也不斥責你。大山或可移開，小山或可挪動，但我的慈愛必不離開你，我平安的約也不挪移！」這是憐憫你的耶和華說的。「你這經受困苦、屢遭風暴、不得安慰的城啊！看哪！我必把你的石頭安置在金屬銻上，以藍寶石奠定你的根基，

因為耶和華不撇棄他的子民，不離棄他的繼業；

那麼，我要問，難道神棄絕了他的子民嗎？絕對沒有！其實我也是以色列人，亞伯拉罕的後裔，屬於便雅憫支派。神並沒有棄絕自己預先所知道的子民。難道你們不知道那有關以利亞的經文怎麼說嗎？他怎樣向神抱怨以色列人呢？

錫安說：「耶和華離棄了我，我的主忘記了我！」耶和華說：「女人怎能忘記自己吃奶的嬰孩，不憐憫她親生的孩子呢？即使她們可能忘記，我也不會忘記你。

到那日，耶和華必保護耶路撒冷的居民；他們中間軟弱的人在那日將如大衛，而大衛家將像神——像在他們前面耶和華的使者那樣。

要知道，耶和華為他大名的緣故，必不會撇棄他的子民，因為耶和華願意你們作他的子民。
