心毋恇怯、聞風聲於斯土、亦毋驚惶、蓋今歲必聞風聲、明年亦然、境內有強暴、民長相攻、

歲有浮言、長者搆兵、鬥聲聞於斯土、爾勿喪膽、勿恐懼。

Do not lose heart or be afraid when rumors are heard in the land; one rumor comes this year, another the next, rumors of violence in the land and of ruler against ruler.

You will hear about terrible things that are happening in Babylon. But do not lose hope. Do not be afraid. You will hear one thing this year. And you will hear something else next year. You will hear about awful things in the land. You will hear about one ruler fighting against another.

Let not your heart faint, and be not fearful at the report heard in the land, when a report comes in one year and afterward a report in another year, and violence is in the land, and ruler is against ruler.

But do not panic; don’t be afraid when you hear the first rumor of approaching forces. For rumors will keep coming year by year. Violence will erupt in the land as the leaders fight against each other.

May you not become cowardly and fearful when the report is proclaimed in the land, for the report will come one year, and then another the next year. There will be violence in the land with ruler against ruler.

Now, so that your heart does not grow faint, And you are not afraid at the report that will be heard in the land— For the report will come in one year, And after that another report in another year, And violence will be in the land With ruler against ruler—

And lest your heart faint, And you fear for the rumor that will be heard in the land( A rumor will come one year, And after that, in another year A rumor will come, And violence in the land, Ruler against ruler),

And let not your heart faint, neither fear ye for the tidings that shall be heard in the land; for tidings shall come one year, and after that in another year shall come tidings, and violence in the land, ruler against ruler.

Don’t let your heart faint. Don’t fear for the news that will be heard in the land. For news will come one year, and after that in another year news will come, and violence in the land, ruler against ruler.

我命我所備之人至、召我勇士、即樂我威嚴者來、代我行刑以洩我怒、山中有聲諠譁、似有大軍、列國之民咸集、其音轟闐、萬有之主核數軍旅、主攜其怒具、來自遠方、來自天涯、以滅全地、

我將使伊及人攻伊及人、兄弟攻兄弟、鄰人攻鄰人、邑攻邑、國攻國、

我得關係重災之默示、欺者行其欺、虐者行其虐、以攔歟、爾當往、瑪代歟、爾當圍困、主云、凡其一切嗟歎、我皆使之止息、巴比倫人必曰、我腰痛甚、劬勞如臨產之婦、我因畏縮而耳不能聞、因驚惶而目不能視、

在便雅憫之基比亞掃羅之戍卒、見敵軍潰散、往來亂趨、掃羅謂從者曰、爾曹核民數、視自我中前往者為誰、既核之、乃知約拿單與執其兵器者不在焉、斯時天主匱在以色列人中、掃羅謂亞希亞曰、舁天主匱至此、掃羅與祭司相語時、非利士營中呼號之聲益甚、掃羅謂祭司曰、爾且止、掃羅與所率之軍士咸集、前往以戰、見敵以刃自相殘殺、極其紛亂、

爾聞戰及戰之風聲、勿懼、蓋此事必有、惟末日尚未至、民將攻民、國將攻國、隨處有地震、亦有饑饉變亂、凡此乃災禍之始、

甫有此事、可興起翹首、以爾之救贖近矣、○

我僕雅各歟、毋畏懼、以色列歟、毋驚惶、我必自遠方拯救爾、自被擄之地拯救爾苗裔、雅各將歸、居享綏安康泰、無人驚擾、

三百人吹角時、主使全營之人、以刃自相攻擊、敵軍遁至西利拉之伯哈示他、又至亞伯米何拉、近他巴、

爾將聞戰及戰之風聲、慎勿懼、此事必有、惟末期尚未至、民將攻民、國將攻國、饑饉、瘟疫、地震、隨在將有、凡此乃災禍之始、

爾聞戰亂勿懼、蓋此事必先有、惟末日尚未至、又曰、民將攻民、國將攻國、隨在地大震、有饑饉、瘟疫、又有可畏之象、及大異之兆、自天而現、此事之先、人將執爾、窘逐爾、解爾於會堂、下爾於獄、為我名曳爾至王侯前、爾遇此事、可以為證、當定爾心、勿慮何以申訴、蓋我將賜爾以口才智慧、使爾諸仇不能辯駁抵拒、爾將為父母兄弟親屬朋友所解、並爾中有人、為其所殺、爾曹為我名、將為眾所憾、然爾首之一髮、亦不喪也、當忍耐以救靈魂、以救靈魂或作以全生命○
