歲有浮言、長者搆兵、鬥聲聞於斯土、爾勿喪膽、勿恐懼。

斯地聞凶信、此年有凶信、明年更有凶信、強暴之事、遍於斯地、暴虐者繼暴虐者、爾勿因以喪膽恐懼、

Do not lose heart or be afraid when rumors are heard in the land; one rumor comes this year, another the next, rumors of violence in the land and of ruler against ruler.

You will hear about terrible things that are happening in Babylon. But do not lose hope. Do not be afraid. You will hear one thing this year. And you will hear something else next year. You will hear about awful things in the land. You will hear about one ruler fighting against another.

Let not your heart faint, and be not fearful at the report heard in the land, when a report comes in one year and afterward a report in another year, and violence is in the land, and ruler is against ruler.

But do not panic; don’t be afraid when you hear the first rumor of approaching forces. For rumors will keep coming year by year. Violence will erupt in the land as the leaders fight against each other.

May you not become cowardly and fearful when the report is proclaimed in the land, for the report will come one year, and then another the next year. There will be violence in the land with ruler against ruler.

Now, so that your heart does not grow faint, And you are not afraid at the report that will be heard in the land— For the report will come in one year, And after that another report in another year, And violence will be in the land With ruler against ruler—

And lest your heart faint, And you fear for the rumor that will be heard in the land( A rumor will come one year, And after that, in another year A rumor will come, And violence in the land, Ruler against ruler),

And let not your heart faint, neither fear ye for the tidings that shall be heard in the land; for tidings shall come one year, and after that in another year shall come tidings, and violence in the land, ruler against ruler.

Do not lose your courage or become afraid because of the reports that are heard in the land. For a report will come in one year. Another report will follow it in the next. There will be violence in the land with ruler fighting against ruler.”

Don’t let your heart faint. Don’t fear for the news that will be heard in the land. For news will come one year, and after that in another year news will come, and violence in the land, ruler against ruler.

我已命我所區別者、召我驕樂之傑士、以洩我忿、山中喧譁、若民熙攘、諸國會集、厥聲轟闐、萬軍之耶和華、核數軍旅以戰、彼眾來自遠方、至自天涯、乃耶和華與其忿恚之具、盡滅斯土、○

我將激埃及人攻埃及人、兄弟攻兄弟、鄰里攻鄰里、邑攻邑、國攻國、

慘澹之象、見示於我、欺者行其欺、殘者行其殘、以攔歟、爾其往哉、瑪代歟、爾其圍之、凡彼嗟歎、我盡息之、我腰痛甚、劬勞若臨產之婦、痛苦而耳無聞、驚懼而目無見、

在便雅憫之基比亞、掃羅之戍卒、見敵軍漸銷亂竄、掃羅謂從者曰、核民、視離我者為誰、既核之、則知約拿單與其執兵者不在、斯時上帝之匱在以色列族中、掃羅謂亞希亞曰、舁上帝之匱至、掃羅與祭司相語時、非利士營中喧譁益甚、掃羅告祭司曰、姑止爾手、乃集從者往戰、見非利士人以刃自相攻擊、致大潰亂、

且爾聞戰及戰之風聲、毋懼、此事必有、惟末期未至耳、民將攻民、國將攻國、隨在地震、饑饉、斯乃劬勞之始也、○

甫有斯事、爾宜興起翹首、蓋爾之贖近矣、○

我僕雅各歟、毋畏懼、以色列歟、毋驚惶、我必拯爾於遠方、援爾苗裔於虜至之地、雅各必返、寧謐綏安、無人使之恐怖、

三百人吹角、耶和華使全營之人以刃自相攻擊、其軍逃至西利拉之伯哈示他、又至亞伯米何拉之界、近於他巴、

爾將聞戰及戰之風聲、慎勿懼、此事必有、但非盡期耳、民將攻民、國將攻國、饑饉地震、隨在皆然、此劬勞之始也、

爾聞戰與亂、勿驚惶、蓋斯事必先有、惟盡期未即至耳、○又謂之曰、民將攻民、國將攻國、地大震、隨在饑疫、自天有可畏之象、與至大之兆、此諸事之先、人將執爾、窘爾、付爾於會堂、下爾於囹圄、為我名曳爾至君王方伯前、斯將反為爾證也、故宜定爾心、毋先慮何以訴、蓋我將賜爾才辯智慧、爾諸仇不能抵拒辯駁也、爾將為父母兄弟親戚朋友所付、爾中且有見殺者、爾為我名、將見憾於眾、然爾之一髮、亦不喪也、爾之生、將於恆忍得之、○
