This is what the Lord Almighty, the God of Israel, says:“ Daughter Babylon is like a threshing floor at the time it is trampled; the time to harvest her will soon come.”

The Lord who rules over all is the God of Israel. He says,“ The city of Babylon is like a threshing floor when cattle are walking on it. The time to destroy it will soon come.”

For thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel: The daughter of Babylon is like a threshing floor at the time when it is trodden; yet a little while and the time of her harvest will come.”

This is what the Lord of Heaven’s Armies, the God of Israel, says:“ Babylon is like wheat on a threshing floor, about to be trampled. In just a little while her harvest will begin.”

“犹大啊，我使被掳之民归回的时候，必有为你所命定的收场。”

看哪，我已使你成为有快齿打粮的新器具；你要把山岭打得粉碎，使冈陵如同糠秕。你要把它簸扬，风要吹去；旋风要把它刮散。你倒要以耶和华为喜乐，以以色列的圣者为夸耀。

锡安的民哪，起来踹谷吧！我必使你的角成为铁，使你的蹄成为铜。你必打碎多国的民，将他们的财献与耶和华，将他们的货献与普天下的主。

撒稗子的仇敌就是魔鬼；收割的时候就是世界的末了；收割的人就是天使。

你发忿恨通行大地，发怒气责打列国，如同打粮。

就必像收割的人收敛禾稼，用手割取穗子，又像人在利乏音谷拾取遗落的穗子。其间所剩下的不多，好像人打橄榄树，在尽上的枝梢上只剩两三个果子；在多果树的旁枝上只剩四五个果子。这是耶和华以色列的神说的。当那日，人必仰望造他们的主，眼目重看以色列的圣者。他们必不仰望祭坛，就是自己手所筑的，也不重看自己指头所做的，无论是木偶是日像。在那日，他们的坚固城必像树林中和山顶上所撇弃的地方，就是从前在以色列人面前被人撇弃的。这样，地就荒凉了。因你忘记救你的神，不记念你能力的磐石；所以，你栽上佳美的树秧子，插上异样的栽子。栽种的日子，你周围圈上篱笆，又到早晨使你所种的开花；但在愁苦极其伤痛的日子，所收割的都飞去了。

又有一位天使从殿中出来，向那坐在云上的大声喊着说：“伸出你的镰刀来收割；因为收割的时候已经到了，地上的庄稼已经熟透了。”那坐在云上的，就把镰刀扔在地上，地上的庄稼就被收割了。又有一位天使从天上的殿中出来，他也拿着快镰刀。又有一位天使从祭坛中出来，是有权柄管火的，向拿着快镰刀的大声喊着说：“伸出快镰刀来，收取地上葡萄树的果子，因为葡萄熟透了！”那天使就把镰刀扔在地上，收取了地上的葡萄，丢在神忿怒的大酒榨中。那酒榨踹在城外，就有血从酒榨里流出来，高到马的嚼环，远有六百里。

耶和华如此说：“大马士革三番四次地犯罪，我必不免去她的刑罚；因为她以打粮食的铁器打过基列。

容这两样一齐长，等着收割。当收割的时候，我要对收割的人说，先将稗子薅出来，捆成捆，留着烧；惟有麦子要收在仓里。’”

收割之先，花开已谢，花也成了将熟的葡萄；他必用镰刀削去嫩枝，又砍掉蔓延的枝条，
