Let not the archer string his bow, nor let him put on his armor. Do not spare her young men; completely destroy her army.

套上车，骑上马！顶盔站立，磨枪披甲！

所有拉弓的啊，要在巴比伦的四围摆阵，射箭攻击它，不用爱惜箭枝，因为它得罪了耶和华。

你要上去攻击米拉大翁之地，又攻击比割的居民。将他们追杀灭尽，照我所吩咐你的一切去做。这是耶和华说的。

天上的星宿都不发光，太阳一升起就变黑暗，月亮也不放光。我必因邪恶惩罚世界，因罪孽惩罚恶人，我要止息骄傲人的狂妄，制伏残暴者的傲慢。我要使人比纯金更少，比俄斐的赤金还少。我，万军之耶和华狂怒，就是发烈怒的日子，要令天震动，地必摇撼，离其本位。人如被追赶的羚羊，像无人聚集的羊群，各自归回本族，逃到本地。凡被追上的必被刺死，凡被捉拿的必倒在刀下。他们的婴孩必在他们眼前被摔死，他们的房屋被抢劫，他们的妻子被污辱。看哪，我必激起玛代人攻击他们，玛代人并不看重银子，也不喜爱金子。他们必用弓击溃青年，不怜悯妇人所生的；眼也不顾惜孩子。

你们要招集一切弓箭手来攻击巴比伦，在巴比伦四围安营，不容一人逃脱。要照着它所做的报应它；它怎样待人，你们也要怎样待它，因为它向耶和华—以色列的圣者狂傲。所以它的壮丁必仆倒在街上。当那日，它的士兵全都必静默无声。这是耶和华说的。

因为死亡从窗户进来，进入我们的宫殿，从外边剪除孩童，从街上剪除少年。

要杀它一切的牛犊，使它们下去遭杀戮。他们有祸了，因为他们的日子，就是他们受罚的时刻已经来到。

外有刀剑使人丧亡，内有惊恐，少男少女是如此，吃奶的、白发的也是如此。

因为对那不怜悯人的，他们要受没有怜悯的审判；怜悯胜过审判。

看哪，有一民族从北方而来，有一大国和许多君王被激起，从地极来到。他们拿弓和枪，性情残忍，毫不留情；他们的声音像海浪澎湃。巴比伦啊，他们骑着马，如上战场的人摆列队伍，要攻击你。

抓起你的婴孩摔在磐石上的，那人有福了。
